Good accessibility but for older children it rather small. Local location is nice once you get use to it. A few nice family run restaurants if you take time to do your own research.

Good facilities, a bit off but not too far from Nippori Station in a nice quiet location. Staff could have better communication especially English. Appreciative of ability to store luggage before check in time. However, place/room not clean daily, trash not cleared, though one is charged daily of ¥1000.
