Perfect to take rest and enjoy on the beach and swimming pool ”
We really recommend this nice hotel! We stayed 4 nights with our 2 children (4 yrs and 7 yrs old). The sea view bungalow was big, clean, good equipped and with a very nice view to the sea. The swimming pool was just perfect : big, clean, free towels, close to the beach bar and with a super view to the beach. The beach was clean, private, and big.. We could rent for free kayaks and paddles. Small fishes close to the beach : our kids could make easily snorkeling. The long chairs on the beach are with free towels, not far from the beach bar then we could order some cocktails, beers and foods. The sunset is very beautiful and all the staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing we don't appreciate is when we made a body massage, the lady watched a viet movie with the noise all 1 hour lon! It wasn't relaxing at all. The restaurant was tasty, quiet with a nice staff. We didn't go away from the hotel, only relax and spend good time staying far from noise and buildings...

We stayed at Sea Sense Resort 7 nights and it was one of my best experiences at a resort in my whole life. From the pick-up at the airport (20km away from resort) to check-in with the friendliest staff ever, to arriving in our room with the AC switched on , to dinner at the Sunset Restaurant, with some of the most amazing sunsets I have seen in my life and top notch menu options. The staff at Sea Sense Resort shines friendliness and they ensure all your needs are met and that you have an amazing holiday. The reception staff is friendly and polite and more than willing to meet any request you might have. The restaurant staff at all 3 restaurants on the resort are amazing, friendly and well trained. I can recommend staying at this resort to anyone its only 11km from the beach bars on Long Street and all tours pick you up on the resort. I can not wait to go back. There was nothing I could fault at Sea Sense Resort. It was one of my best holidays so far. Thanks to all the staff!!!!!!

Beautiful rooms and amazing staff”
My husband and I arrived early and were able to check in right away. We had problems with our return flight (credit card was charged but no confirmation receipt) and we were unable to contact the airport via phone. The staff went above and beyond (drove to the airport and personally fixed the issue for us so we could continue enjoying our vacation. The staff had our cc reimbursed and purchased us a new ticket. AMAZING!! Beach was cleaned daily and restaurant had great food with a beautiful view right on the ocean. I highly recommend!! Thank you for all your support we appreciated everything.

Cons: Only one room key No staff with fluent English skills for anything beyond the basics for questions and advice Unreliable and unsecured internet access A couple of non-essential maintenance issues in the room (bathtub didn't hold water) Menu catering to bland 'Western' tastes Pros: Extremely responsive, friendly and welcoming staff Convenient access to renting a motorbike, car, taxi and tours, as well as kayaks and paddleboards Stunning grounds and clean, private beach Lovely, quiet, clean and private room Great location on the island, lots of beautiful and interesting things nearby Overall, wonderful value and great experience, we would stay here again!

We loved most everything about Sea Scape! The room was clean, the shower was hot and strong and separate from the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom had a double sink. The porch overlooking the ocean was absolutely beautiful! The staff was quick to respond with any concerns. We had free transportation to and from the ferry because we stayed three nights. We ate one night at the restaurant. The restaurant was very good but very pricey. The breakfast was outstanding with lots and lots (and lots) of choices. The beach was clean and the water nice and warm. The only thing that was a problem was the bed. It was two single bed mattresses pushed together on the bed and there was a gap in between. Also, the quilt on top needed to be larger but other than this, we had a fantastic stay at Sea scape.

Awesome Stay ”
We booked a premium delux room with a tub in the balcony, but the main door of the room was broken and the staff had upgraded us to a villa with a private pool for our entire stay of 4nights and 5 days. Very polite staff, food is really amazing in the sunset restaurant but the breakfast buffet options needs to be changed for Vegetarians. They prepared veg food for us seperately in the breakfast buffet. Besides that, amazing view, amazing resort, amazing stay :). I would definitely recommend to have a stay here 👍🏻

Excellent resort, will visit again”
Very nice place, quiet and out of the way, yet easy to get to town or other areas. Beautiful beach, great pool area, food also good and prices quite reasonable. Beach villa room was outstanding, incredible view and feet away from the beach/water. Sunset bar restaurant offer fantastic views in the evening. Only minor complaint was that the room a/c did not function very well, but being right on the beach, was OK just leaving sliding doors to the outside open.

Delightful”
This resort is private and relaxing. the ocean view villa was worthwhile at $80 per night. It is a little remote but within walking distant of the village. there you will find a delightful restaurant called Sakura which has delicious food and run by a local woman. It is clean and the beach is scoured every morning for debris. Renting a motorbike is cheap and easy- 150,000 dong per day.

Nice and quiet place”
Beach front villas are literally on the beach, so it's very convenient. They have nice delicious food so you don't need to go anywhere if you feel lazy. The cost is nice to swim and they also have kayaks.

Very peaceful ”
Pros: very secluded, takes awhile to get to the resort. The bungalows 101thru about 114 are right on the beach with the ocean about 15/20 meters from your balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 101 is closest to the swimming pool and bar. The best area to swim in the ocean is near 101 and the pool. That being said because there are far fewer rocks. For bungalows 115 and above that are on the water have many steep steps to get from the walkway to the room. Not so bad in daylight but after dark it is difficult to see. Breakfast is buffet style and very good for me being American. Lunch can be had at the bar area by the pool. I got killer French Fries! Dinner is at the Sunset Resturant. They have a fair wine. Cons: This resort is a long way to any local restaurant and even further from downtown. They do rent motorcycles for 200,000 dong a day. Other bad news is if you are not able to walk or climb stairs, this is not a resort for you. Beware of that. Otherwise have fun, I did.

Wonderful”
We had a great holiday at the Sea Sense, which was above our expectations. We loved how small and calm this place is. It is hidden away from any noise and busy life at the island, which makes it possible to relax and enjoy your time next to the sea. The rooms were very spacious and clean and had a wonderful terrace facing the sea waves, which we loved the most. The beach was clean, we have enjoyed the trees shadow. Most time at the sea we have spent kayaking — kayaks are provided anytime and for free, and it was a lovely activity for us. The staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Loved this place for a vacation and would be happy to go back one day.

I had an amazing stay at the Sea Sense resort. It was very peaceful. The think that stood out the most was the helpful and friendly staff who were very hospitable. The bungalows are spacious and most if not have a sea view. The buffet breakfast can cater to a variety of diets. It's a bit further from where everything is and depending on what you like this could be a good or bad however, I enjoyed the peace and would definitely reccommend.

Lovely location”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 days of rest and relaxation after a busy Mekong Delta tour. The hotel is a nice size located on a beautiful beach on Phu Quoc Island. The breakfast restaurant was overlooking the ocean - a great location and the food was good. The staff were all very pleasant. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was nice. However the bathroom lighting , as in most hotels we stayed at in Vietnam was insufficient. In North America we are accustomed to lighting over the vanity. The door to our room did not lock as a screw fell out. We asked to have it fixed but it was not done properly. Finally we gave up and made sure our valuables were secure in the safe and did not believe that anyone would enter. It needs to be fixed properly. We borrowed pedal bikes from the hotel. It took us quite some time to find four that work. Probably nobody uses them but it was a feature offered by the hotel. When we took off up the hill the chain on mine would not stay in place as the metal around it was twisted. So I basically could not ride it. It should be destined for the scrap heap. The other bikes just need some maintenance and TLC which could be done by staff who seemed to have ample time on their hands. We rented motor bikes higher up the road and picked up the bikes on the way back. While it was comical watching people try to climb onto the swim platform that was missing the top step this also could be repaired. Overall we had a lovely time and found a great restaurant in the village for dinner. We would return to this hotel if we ever come back to Phu Quoc but suggest that a very good hotel could become a great hotel with a little more attention to detail.
