A great option for families”
The hotel has 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartments with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and a microwave together with utensils and cutlery and crockery as well as a sofa and TV. There's a supermarket adjacent and a chicken restaurant and coffee bean right next door. There's also an ATM. There's always a warm welcome and the beach behind is always uncrowded. My preferred option as it gives you so much freedom

The one issue I have is that the tv is not working. The staffs are okay, all the paperwork done straight to the point. No chit chat whatsoever. The room was cool already when we first came in. They switch it on earlier but unfortunately cannot change the temperature using the rc. I think they have disabled it. Then the swimming pool is open only from 9am-12pm, 2pm-4pm. Would be better if can start at 7am. The weather is hot already at 9am. Overall good stay. There are supermarket, coffeebean, restaurant downstairs. Starbucks available across the road.

Great Location ”
1. Hotel is located right on the beach. There is a private Coconut Garden owned by the hotel which adds beauty to the property. 2. Room and swimming pool is pretty basic. Hotel is little overpriced as a two star property, but at par in comparison to other hotels in Brunei. 3. Staffs are very friendly. I must make a special mention- I forgot to take my 100 BnD deposition back during checkout. Hotel staff communicated me and felt happy to return. I really appreciate her help. 4. The hotel structure is old but neat and clean. But the coconut garden needs regular maintenance. If the beach adjacent to hotel is kept clean, the hotel would have been a great place to stay.
