Mọi thứ. rất tệ luôn. hầu như tất cả đồ dùng trong bếp đều hư, chủ nhà ko chịu sửa chữa. đèn thì tối thui, hư rất nhiều mà không thay thế sửa chữa. phòng nói cho 15 người thuê mà dép cho khách đi biển cũng thiếu( 15 người đưa 7 đôi dép lào???) trước khi đặt thì mập mờ thông tin. mang tiếng biệt thự thật ra ko bằng homestay luôn. mọi người ko nên tốn tiền vô đây.

Nhà nghỉ rộng rãi, phòng đẹp. Đối diện chỗ nghỉ có quán cháo lòng rất ngon. Xung quanh có nhiều cửa hàng tạp hóa, dễ dàng mua thức ăn, nước uống
Bị charge tiền vì trả phòng muộn 2 tiếng. Bếp nướng không được miễn phí. Phải trả tiền. Villa nên trang bị một chiếc xe máy hoặc xe đạp để khách đi mua đồ.
