Bel hôtel. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Équipe d’animation toujours souriante et présente. Buffet bon et varié. Petit bémol le wifi en général est capricieux et attention pas de wifi dans les chambres standards.

Aucun chauffage, baie vitrée de la chambre non étanche du coup chambre très froide , literie laisse à désirer, après réclamation, ils nous ramènent 2 couvertures qui sentaient très mauvais. L'hôtel a besoin d'entretien et de rénovation..très mauvaise expérience...

Nus sommes allés dans cet hôtel en periode de vacances en Tunisie. L'accueuil des employés est au mieux l'indifférence au pire la méfiance. Dès le portail d'entrée, nous nous sommes heurté au zèle de la sécurité. Sans même avoir entendu un simple Bonjour ou s'il vous plaît. Le pire c'est que le lendemain alors que nous avions les bracelets de l'hôtel (prouvant que nous avions déjà le pass sanitaire ...) Nous somms repassé par toute la procédure et toujorus sans aucune marque de politesse. Cette absence de politesse se fait sentir aussi en cuisine , à la pisicine ... Finalement les seuls à la hauteur sont le personnel de ménage et la réception. Sinon le rapport qualité prix ets satisfaisant mais dans le standard 3 étoiles pas plus.
