The staff were very responsive, everything was very clean, we only had some little issues with AC (maybe the should consider changing the AC system), the entertaining team did excellent job, but the most extraordinary thing was the food, very very very good. I definitely recommend this hotel and consider to come back next time.

Although there are criticisms there are positives there was a variety of food although bland at times. Salads were gritty far too much fried food. There was flowing wine at lunch and dinner but we found breakfast repetitive. It was sad that very few members of staff talked English as it made it difficult to communicate. There was plenty of entertainment but the resort is for mature adults not fun loving young people. Although it was worth the money paid the website does look more luxurious. Although there are comments the entertainment staff always tried to include us. What I really struggled with was the floors being cleaned at peak hours which is dangerous underfoot and there is no room service so take snacks if you are a nibbles as there is nothing available after 9pm when the restaurant closes. This is definitely a budget holiday no where near a 4 star but it was never the less an enjoyable week so thank you seabel.

Hôtel limite miteux beauté juste de façade ne mérite vraiment pas 4 étoiles. Chambre remplis de moisissures et salle de bain insalubre (joins sal et délabré + moisissure au plafond) de même pour la piscine intérieure! Buffet varié mais complètement infecte insipide et sans goût! Et bien sûr nous ne parlerons pas des assiettes et couvert mal lavé!!! Je ne recommanderais vraiment pas cette hôtel insalubre!

On vient d'y passer merveilleux séjour en formule "all inclusive" La chambre : on a réservé une chambre double pour 2 adultes et un bébé, on a était surclassé en chambre triple avec un bon espace et une terrasse, la chambre était très propre (ménage quotidien fait avec soin) et en bon état. J'ai reproché l'absence de mini frigo mais c'est complètement inutile en formule all inclusive. Le design de la douche par contre n'est pas pratique et manque d'emplacement pour mettre le shampooing et autres, on se retrouve obligé de sortir et de mouillé le sol pour récupérer le moindre truc. Seul bémol il faut penser à emmener ses propres produits d'hygiène (ils ne sont donné que le jour d'arrivée) Les repas: très variés et vraiment pour tout les goûts, si on mange un plat différent à chaque repas on peut varier pendant 2 semaines. Les buffets sont renouvelés rapidement et en quantité même pour les plats préparés durant le dîner (grillades, brick, fruits de mer...) Les pâtisseries n'était pas très variés mais bonnes dans l'ensemble. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très correcte avec du sucré et du salé, des crêpes des gaufres et des baignés (khfaf) fait sur place. Mention spéciale pour les croissants et petit pain au chocolat, un vrai plaisir. Le personnel : accueillant, serviable, sympathique, d'une grande aide que ce soit pour régler les besoins du séjour et pour faire des sorties/excursions. Les activités : pétanqe, tir à l'arc, mini golf, aquagym, cours de danse, yoga. Bien gérer par l'équipe d'animation qui est au petit soins avec les clients. Les animations : Mario, Salouha, Sparo, Nino, Imen et tout les autres vraiment au top, ils se dépense comme des fous pour rendre le séjour inoubliable que ce sois pour l'aquagym (piscine ou plage), les dances d'après dîné ou le spectacle de chant et de dance du jeudi soir. Bref une animation très réussi, continuez comme ça. Les environs : pas grand chose mais bon en all inclusive on a pas vraiment eu besoin de sortir (on était venu

Un séjour exceptionnel tout le personnel de l’hôtel est à l’écoute pour la moindre demande. Le restaurant est digne d’un gastronomique beaucoup de produits de qualité et variés. Bravo au chef Fathi et un grand merci à Kamel. Le personnel de chambre est super, chambre décorée tous les jours. Une mention spéciale à toute l’équipe d’animation et en particulier à Alpha, chef des sports, très professionnel et qui prend son métier très à cœur, mention également à Nabil, chef d’animation merci pour sa grande gentillesse, ainsi qu'à Lilou, toujours prêt à mettre l’ambiance, Ziko qui est vraiment adorable, Mario très pro également, Ahmed super coaching sportif, Chris et tous les autres.
