Small But Comfortable ”
Upside: SeaScape is high on a hillside with spectacular views from certain spots. The rooms are tiny but comfortable. The pool area is great and we’ll maintained. The front desk was slow with responses during the reservation process - but once at the resort the folks are terrific. Downside: the resort is fairly remote and the road leading to it is narrow, curvy and steep. Do not drink and drive!!

Good value for money”
The room given to us was the one with the seaview and I must say, it was superb! We book on Friday morning through Agoda and went to the resort on the afternoon of the same day. We had a very relaxing stay and we had a very nice view of the sea and the pool from our room. Food, especially the T-Bone Steak, was surprisingly delicious and affordable. Will definitely come back soon!!!

Quite boring”
Stayed here with my family because we have to visit my father in keppel shipyard, this one is the closest so we had to choose it despite it’s a bit pricey. The pool is okay, restaurant was great they have wide variety of choices and tastes good as well, free unlimited coffee which is perfect for us. They also give a free use of videoke but only until 10pm. The room was big enough for us but have very plain and basic amenities.

Great value for money, great pool, poor staff”
Pretty far from Batangas city. You need google map to self drive there. I believe a taxi fare will be quite expensive so this resort is recommended for self drive guests. It's halfway on the hill. The hotel has a great view and a great pool. Food in the hotel restaurant is quite expensive but nothing else is nearby. Better enjoy the pool and check out and drive.

We had our christmas party here and we had the worst service. Before we arrive we emailed our vaccination cards along with our IDs but the front desk staff did not have the patience and eagerness to check their email for our requirements. After checking in, we were escorted to our rooms but no help was given to get our things into the room. The room was okay, a loft type with a good airconditioning. The morning after we woke up with a warm room due to no electricity. They didnt even bother to check their guests and we have to report the incident. Their line was often out of service and no staff attending the front desk for our concerns. No wifi coverage in our room. We need it sana because globe and smart cell service are both weak in the area/room. Upon checking out, we have to bring our things back to our car. We dont mind bringing it but the place is in a mountain and far from the parking. We wish theyll be accommodating with their guests. But kudos to Donna from the restaurant! We wish you well…

The hotel is located out of nowhere (definitely no seascape), the room is super small it can nearly accommodate a queen sized bed, and it’s very humid inside we could definitely smell mould.

Worst travel ever. The hotel staff are so uneducated and rude...they have lack of trainings or should i say no knowledge on what their job is. The room is so small, and not so clean, they even left some tools and 4d at the sink. television has no clear channels at all, the telephone was just for display purposes and has no dial tone.. they dont issue receipt in the restaurant and not consistent on the service charge. They kept us waiting to be checked out even no other customers at all, and no one was at the reception area to assist theur customers, you need to go outside and look for someone to assist you. WORST EXPERIENCE

Beautiful resort up the hill overlooking Seaport ”
Beautiful,clean,well maintained resort in Batangas. Agoda did not give the full address when I booked through them. It's Seascape Resort,Sta. Maria,Bauan,Batangas. We have to asked for direction.its situated uphill and from where the Dormitory Room we've booked, you can see the port of Batangas with all the boat lights at night,beautiful view of the property's as well. They provide room service,although we brought our own food,they provided the dinnerware and pots to cook. The staff were very helpful and friendly,the pool was large,clean and well maintained.The rooms were large,some with double decks. There's 8 of us so the room for 10 was just perfect.They provided sheets and pillows, shampoos,soaps,toothbrushes ( No toothpaste).No towels ,so bring your own.Beds were comfortable ,pillows bit hard and the air conditioners on both Superior Rooms (where double beds are) were leaking water directly on the beds headboards. The air conditioners and fans in all the rooms works great!

Family friendly & a Very Relaxing place to stay”
I stayed here with my family, while my husband's ship was docked/at anchorage by the bay. First, it was a practical choice for it was close to where he is to meet our small kids.I didnt raise the bar high and set really low expectation coz i dont want to end up disappointed. I initially searched for hotels in anilao but i see a lot of guests yes, but mostly bad reviews. Here, there were few guests but almost everyone gave it 8-10 stars. And true enough upon arrival I was pleased as well as my children. Ive met the warmest staff and all our requests and needs were attended to. Special shout out to Janet, the lady who served r food during r stay and Sandra, so nice too. all of them. Food- delish and big servings Facilities- great Room service-finest, linens towel changed daily they even cleaned with complete scrubbing our toilet and room Pool-good enough, clean slide though is a little bit unsafe wap for little ones since its concrete. Wifi-slow but working Thanks seascape!

All we wanted”
So, reading this reviews beforehand, I didn’t know what to expect. Upfront: we had a the deluxe room (the country themed ones). It was clean, comfortable bed, everything good. Food was good too, it’s right they didn’t have all on the menu, but we didn’t care. There was table-tennis, a pool with slide, basketball court... but it’s not a high end resort for that matter, the price should indicate that though. The minus is the location, you’ll have to take a Tricycle (150 P) to other places. But to be fair, there aren’t beautiful beaches around in Ani Lao anyhow. So, conclusion: for a weekend getaway it’s highly recommended and we had a wonderful time (staff was very friendly too). We stayed at night and took a trip during the day. If that’s what you’re looking for I’d say go for it

We paid for all breakfasts yet their website and Agoda shows that breakfasts are free. Hence, when you visit Seascape get ready to pay for your breakfast or else you will be in for a shock as you are told to pay for your breakfast. I was pissed off.

Paradise deluxe room.”
We stayed in the deluxe room, and that included a private open-area rooftop, the size is as big as the room size. View is perfect, quite & beautiful. Staff are all excellently helpful & kind, Jessica (one of the female staff) helped us out a lot through getting tricycle for us at night & answered many of our questions. We had a very very pleasant stay.

Cost- Efficient, Wise Choice for Near Beach Trip from Manila”
Wisest choice, I mean it might not give the best view, best beach place especially that it is just a resort it is cost - effective.! Bring a car, because the nearest beach would be at La Thalia and it's not that good for a beach resort though but money wise it's fine :))
