Great Beach holiday”
Apartment was very clean and with a nice sea harbor view. Close to Miyagi Coast and Sunabe Wall which is great spot for swimming, snorkeling, SUP and even diving. Highly recommend for group travelers and families when you want to stay in one room.

Great location and amenities”
Great location and short drive to American Village. Free parking space for car as well. As we booked a tatami room, we were expecting our futons made ready for us based on previous experience in other parts of Japan. However, it was not when we arrived at approx 10pm. It's kinda disappointing as we were all tired but we have to make our own beds when the futons/sheets/comforters etc. were all in the closet. Room is a bit snug for a group of 4 travellers as you will not be able to open the closet door when all 4 futons are spread out. Nonetheless, the appliances (i.e. washing machine, dryer) were especially helpful when we are able to do our laundry. Note that they do not provide detergent for washing machine, hence remember to bring your own.

Great two night stay! Pros: The view from our room on the 8th floor! Out of all of the hotels I've stayed in the Chatan area, this one has my favorite view. The harbor and ocean view is beautiful from the large sliding patio doors and huge balcony. Large clean room with nice appliances (large fridge) nice bathroom with big shower/tub. Dining table, comfy pull out bed/couch and plenty outlets throughout were a plus. Cons: The automated check in system was a nightmare! Nobody was available to assist making it frustrating. I completed the massive amount of questions and information along with photos required on-line numerous times and continued to get automated e-mails to complete the pre-arrival. Then once at the automated check-in, the system requested all of the information again on a tiny screen hard to read. For goodness sakes, get a living person to help you check in! Beds were a little hard and a tiny pillow. TAKE EARPLUGS for sleeping! The late night/early morning noise from the racing up and down highway 58 from the motorcycles and cars was terrible. Sleeping was interrupted over and over again. A few suggestions, offer a first night couple of bottles of water and some coffee/tea packets if the hotel stay is only for a night or two. Now that we know what to expect with the cons, we may rebook in the future if the price is right.

I enjoyed the stay. Clean, convenient location, discreet. But the check in process was a bit frustrating. Personal information that being asked for is not carried everyday such as a passport photo. Being a local national or foreigner shouldn’t matter. Take my money and let me check in please.

Great place to stay in Chatan. Super convenient to Kadena AFB and American Village. Staff is friendly and speaks very good English. They will call you a taxi if you like. The market is literally steps away along with other great food options. Great Bay views from the room and balcony. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great, Spacious and everything you need”
Found this place as I wanted somewhere that there was a washer/drier as I was staying for a week. The room was fully furnished with everything you needed(eating utensils, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc). It was pretty convenient too, few mins walk to American village, eateries nearby, and a grocery right outside. The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. There was also parking available if you rent a car too. Will definitely stay here again if I get a chance to.

Everything was clean. Room was spacious and view was good. It was a distance from American village but the listing mentioned that there was parking. Each room entitled to 1 lot. When we checked in everything was OK. Front desk wasn't very fluent in English. We went out and came back after dinner, to our HORROR that all parking lots are full, and we had to park 15 min away at American Village, which we had returned from. Its ridiculous because I wouldn't book this place if I had to walk 15 min from my car! Imagine if I needed to get something from the car, I would have to walk another 15 min! If the listing had stated that parking was limited, I would understand. But no where was it mentioned in the listing! This point alone is enough to stop me from booking this place in the future. By the way, neighbouring properties had empty lots and I don't understand why can't the property negotiate something with neighbouring apartments to help each other out. I just found it ridiculous.
