close to all the cool places in fukuoka, near the tower, konbini and great bento shop right near the hotel! everything is just right outside and it is very nice and clean.

I actually was in this hotel on August 2011. most of all facilities was in good order. good WiFi, nice breakfast, smooth check-in&out. TV size was a bit small (only minor problem for me) but, in conclusion, Fukuoka's GwangAn-bridge seaside 'Momochi' ON FOOT is the greatest one-to-watch point. thx Mil. nice remembering

Reasonable price, near Fukuoka tower.”

It takes for 15-20 min from Hotel to downtown of Fukuoka by bypass bus. And there are convenience store, good cafe and bus stop near hotel. Hotel is too calm. So It's good for deep sleep. If Fukuoka tower is last in your travel course, this hotel is very good choice.

Two days in Momochi”

the hotel is decent. Sadly, there only smoking rooms left, when I made the reservation. Overall, the hotel is a good deal for a budget traveler with little demands. The price was rel. low, so the expectation of the hotel shouldn't be too high. If you are visiting Momo-chi, you'll be fine. Otherwise the hotel is a bit remote. The food (breakfast) was OK. Nothing to write home about. The staff is very friendly. That is the main reason I'd stay there again.

What is this, the 70s?”

This place looks like it's been frozen in time since early 80s, late 70s. It smells like it too and literally has one of the weirdest vibes i've yet felt in Japan. I spent a night there with my girlfriend and the place smelled of smoke. had really old and worn off items in our room, the bathroom was ancient and the entire place felt very run down. It's not the worst hotel I stayed at, but it definitely needs a huge redesign because from the outside the building actually looks really cool. PROS: Area is close to one of the few beaches in Fukuoka There's a bus right outside that goes downtown Convinience store and some other eateries nearby The room is a bit bigger than other hotels I've stayed at, but is a lot less clean. Staff is friendly CONS: everything else, including the room quality

Very helpful staff”

We only stayed one night, but the front desk went out of their way to help us find the car park and get us situated in our hotel room. The location was very good as we were able to walk to the shopping area and eat dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe.
