Best location, cozy and has the best staff”
We're very happy with our stay at Seda Atria. The room we stayed at for 4days is very comfortable and cozy. It has everything we need, and since it's located at the heart of the city, it's very easy to order Grab food or get a Taxi. There's tons of stores and restaurants that are just walking distance and the staff made sure all our requests are noted and accommodated. They also call you by your name you when you pass by the lobby, and greats us with enthusiasm each time, which lights up the mood and makes us feel cared for. So far they're one of the hotels with best costumer relations initiatives I've encountered. We'll definitely book at Seda Atria again, next time we go back to Iloilo.

The Best Hotel To Stay in Iloilo”
We been staying in one of the biggest hotels in Iloilo,but we will never go back there after we stayed in Seda Atria.The receptionist was so helpful and patience with us even we arrived late in the hotel.The security staff was still friendly even our driver enter our car on the exit haha!The lobby has this homely ambience and not intimidating.The room is so clean and fresh,and our bed is so soft.We also loved the drinks on the rooftop bar,The breakfast is very sufficient.I love everything in this hotel.Can't wait to go back.

The whole room was clean. Best value for money. The staff were very accomodating and friendly (I highly commend Ms. Sofia). They even took time to change my room to whats best for my mom who was a PWD. The breakfast buffet got a lot of options and the foods were nice. Easy Access to Atria food park, if you wanna explore other restaurants outside the hotel.

This hotel is so perfect for my vacation. It’s located near Atria where you can shop, eat and hang out with friends. Price wise it is very affordable. It is clean with friendly staff and most of all the best Filipino buffet breakfast. I actually extended my stay.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the Seda staff were to us. They treated me and my mom with utmost care. There are only a few hotels wherein I can truly say that an establishment is a ”home away from home”, and Seda Atria is now one in that list. The place is accessible and you can walk to a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, even just stone’s throw away from the hospital. If you want convenience and be treated like a ”queen”, choose this place.

Always a pleasurable stay”
I went home to Iloilo for my parents' golden wedding anniversary and I brought my children with me, ages 13 and 8. I did not want to stay anywhere but Seda. This was my second time to stay in this hotel and I was not disappointed. The room spoke of tasteful design, ideal for both business and leisure travel. The staff were friendly and courteous. Service was prompt. Seda Atris will always be my hotel of choice in Iloilo City.

We stayed in the Philippines (at different hotels) for almost a month. We stayed at Seda Atria for almost 2 weeks. I have to say and I am sure my family would agree that the service provided was outstanding. From the cleaning crew, security guard, bell men and up to the management, it reflected how they value their job. The staff at Misto especially during the morning breakfast buffet were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to show their appreciation and to make sure my mom felt special on her birthday, which she did. Special thanks to Rose and Dayanara, without a doubt, both of you are at asset to Seda. To all of you, thank you for making us welcomed!! You make your customers like us want to come back and stay at your property.

Amazing”
Perfect location, nearest to resto,bars,shopping center, esplanade,hospital . Perfect Buffet Breakfast , i was sick during my first morning but the F&B staff prepared pack breakfast for me and my companion,it was delicious and pleanty i ate it til lunch. Perfect Service, staffs were very courteous and helpful, the big guy accompanied me to the hospital for check up...thumbs up... highly recommended...damo gid nga salamat! Mabuhay!

I booked a king bed, only to be messaged the day AFTER that they only had twin beds. Aside from that, the room was clean, staff were all great and courteous, breakfast buffet was superb, and the hotel is located near food places, malls, and Esplanade

Perfect 4 star hotel for me from Facilities to location. Just besides Atria Shops were you could have everything. Netongs Batchoy and Tatoys were just besides and bars were evwrywhere if you prefer less chaotic than SM. Am so happy staying here. Staffs were very helpful facilities meets my expectations. Love everything about here and will definitely come back here. Highly recommended

The Seda Escapade !! ”
The only complain of this hotel is that has no swimming pool or at least a spa pool. It is a must to have this facility if you want tour your travellers to appreciate & enjoy their stay. I would highly recommend the professionalism & the beautiful friendly staff. Carlos the manger & his beautiful breakfast staff Melaka, Eden & Gyney for their true Filipina charm that to my observation on my 12 day stay was absolutely heart warming!! Keep the good work The location of this hotel is very convenient & strategically to all shopping malls, restaurants, & message . The hotel has to lobby the city Mayors office to place more lights on the 16th century icon in front of the hotel. It needs to be the centrepiece of Seda. The staff did a good & wonderful job during my Moms 80th Bday w/ was held in their Satin Room. The roof top bar in the 7th floor is cozy & nice. I highly recommend this bar for unwinding on your hectic activities. The food is all reasonably price on a 3 star hotel @@@@@@@@@@@@@

Seda is one of the few hotels in Iloilo that exemplifies perfection. I really love my stay there,the facility is located in the heart of Iloilo city with lots of neighboring malls and leisure bars, the staff are polite, approachable and all smiles and the foods are simply one of the best I have ,diet no more. My Favorite Place to Stay in Iloilo”
Super friendly, accommodating and professional staff. I've stayed in the Premier and the regular. Both are comfy and rooms are spotless. Tons of great food choices within a minute of walking. Only thing I would suggest is to add on some disposable slippers. Not sure how much expense that would be but would make it all the more worthwhile.

I stayed in Seda Atria for four days in a Deluxe Room at the 7th floor. The room was sparkling clean; there was a robe, clean towels and linen; slippers; complimentary bottles of water; hot water for showering, etc. But I would say that the best part of my stay was the breakfast buffet! I particularly loved the omelette, crispy bacon, and the banana bread! I also love the fresh salad served during breakfast. The check-in and out was also fast and efficient, and it was easy to get a taxi from the hotel. Five stars!

We booked during December at their peak season, nevertheless, we highly appreciate their promptness with our requests. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the following morning and we had a good night rest in the hotel. We are happy to stay in Seda and would recommend this to my family and friends.
