Best location, made us fall in love with BGC!”
i stayed here with my 9 year old daughter for five days as a summer staycation treat, and we loved every minute of it. Our room was always so clean, aircon temperature was perfect, beds so crisp and soft that we always ended up sleeping for 10 hours! Bathroom was so calming and clean. the breakfast buffet was great, my daughter loved the bacon, while I enjoyed the pastries (banana bread and croissants!), and the noodle soup! and endless coffee. My daughter went to the swimming pool every single day, the pools were always clean and not crowded at all. The location of seda is unbeatable. it’s right smack in the middle of BGC, and we walked everywhere- high street, to her dance class, to pick up food, buy groceries-it made us fall in love with Bgc’s walkability, accessibility, and everything you need being a few steps away. And it’s so safe! We walked around at night with no problem at all. Our stay in SEDA was so wonderful that we extended to another day. While there was a hiccup with our seamless transition to the next day (we got locked out from our room twice, once when our extension was not programmed I guess into their system and the second time a few minutes before checkout), those are forgivable considering our overall experience. Thank you to all the staff of SEDA that always took our requests into consideration, from extra toiletries, the drink from the bar to the room for this single mama who couldn’t leave her child to hang out in the bar, the usual table we wanted every breakfast time. Thanks so much! We’ll be back soon!

Second time here (BGC branch) and it was amazing! I have never felt so loved and cared by a hotel. Hahaha. My friend and I got into an accident. We were going to park the motorcycle first before we check-in. We were on our way going down when the tire slipped and we couldn't do anything to control it. That day was raining and the tire was wet and that for sure the reason why it slipped. We tried to stand up but it was heavy and we already felt the pain. Next few seconds, a lot of staffs helped us. They immediately called the nurse and he is really amazing! He was making sure about everything, especially with our bones. We had scratches and the nurse cleaned the blood. We checked-in and that was not the end on why our stay was unforgettable. They also offered to park the motorcycle and just bring the parking card to us. They parked it and also went to our room to give the parking card. After an hour, they called us and asked how are we and if we need anything. They brought an iced pack as well! Breakfast was very delicious! It's always one of the reasons why I love Seda. Will surely go back and go for a longer stay!

We tried this hotel this time around because of its location and boy, no regrets! Location you are close to 4 different mall area. Staff could not be any nicer, greeting you when they see you, helping you any way they possibly can. Rooms are real clean, great view. Amenities are phenomenal. Gym, pool, in house bar, restaurants to choose from. We loved it so much we cancelled our other bookings and stayed here for 2 weeks. We would definitely be booking here every time we come to visit the Philippines! Amazing!

It has all the facilities you would expect from a reputable chain of hotels. The room was in pristine condition when I arrived and smelled clean and good. But their strength lies in their customer service. When I encountered a problem with my door they were swift in taking action to fix it. When I had a question about the area, they were helpful in their responses. All the staff I bumped into the hallways or elevators always greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance. Their housekeeping team was very much attentive and replenishes items they notice you need the most. That was very much appreciated. I also had to do a late checkout for this stay and they were gracious enough to grant it. I love that they are flexible with their guest's requests when they are able to do so. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in Metro Manila and highly recommended!

Exceptional”
I went solo on a business trip to the capital for a corporate meeting in BGC. It was already 4 in the afternoon when my bnb accommodation advised me to submit a negative RTPCR test, since I couldn't get in the place, I then immediately looked for a place to stay within the area, and luckily I found Seda BGC with an acceptable rate. I then booked an overnight stay. When I arrived in the hotel lobby the staff was very accommodating and approachable. The Check-in process was smooth and quick, I then went upstairs and freshen up a bit since the high street is on the next block and plans to look around to look for food to go or dine. The room was very clean and well sanitized, even the smell of the fabric in the linens and bathrobe/towels. during checkout time, the process was quick and the attendants were very accommodating. The food was tasty, I'd love to eat more but I have to go to work. Overall the experience was regal and happy. On my next business trip, this will be my home in the capital from now on. They deserve a 5-star rating.

Seda is in a great location”
I will definitely recommend and stay here again. Great staff, Great House keeping services. Great amenities. Here some tips to help you choose. There are two towers. Tower 1 has less traffic/short waiting times. This is because it is not connected to the event floors. The wifi is decent. 1.4mb/sec average. The included buffet breakfast has good options but the good selections tend to run out early. SO either be there early or do not expect the same quantity of options. My problem with this place is the parking underground smells badly. Need to improve. Your vehicle will smell after overnight parking. Location is superb. Right beside High Street and or Market! Market! It is generally well maintained though the 7th flr hallway could also smell like garbage.

10/10 for location - if you want to stay near BGC and walk around the area, it is literally meters away from the BGC walkway full of restaurants and shops. I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! Breakfast buffet is good with a nice variety of international cuisines (mostly Filipino and other asian foods). The pastries are yummy. After trying their danishes the first morning I was super excited to have it for breakfast again the following morning. The room is clean and spacious. However one thing I’ll mention is that I feel like the shower area wasn’t cleaned properly. I found several hairs sticking to the wall and floor by the shower. Staff was very accommodating, kind and helpful all throughout my stay! Value for money is worth it for sure. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel and look forward to my next booking at Seda BGC whenever I go back to Manila!

Great hotel, awesome location, friendly staff”
Great location (I would give 11 out of 10 stars), clean rooms, nice decorations. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. In the "old" wing, the hot water could be a little hotter (but it's alright). It was great in our room in the "new" wing during the 2nd part of the stay. Oddly enough, the Wifi was great in the "old" wing, but in our room in the "new" wing, the Wifi was very unstable.

Birthday weekend ”
We booked an Executive Deluxe and stayed for 3 days 2 nights, and it was such a lovely stay. We checked in on Friday afternoon, and was given a room on the 9th floor. The room was clean, well-ventilated, with a nice view, a big comfy bed, a vanity kit, bath robes, and coffee and tea set, with complimentary water. It also has a mini ref, a safe, weighing scale, dryer, and a flashlight. Literally everything that they said on the website that the room includes. Staff was also nice, they are polite and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is also something to try when you stay here, the food was delicious, and there were lots to choose from. Also, its location is really the reason why we picked this hotel, we went to dine at a few restaurants at BGC for the birthday we were celebrating. Check out was a breeze too so I would definitely recommend staying here, and would like to come back some other time. Thank you for a nice stay.

The best hotel in BGC”
Staff spoiled us during our stay. From the Reception to The Misto to the Concierge - all were wonderful. KIM & Ann from The Misto and all others including the guy who made my special egg white omelette & other Misto staff gave us EXCELLENT SERVICE. The Housekeeping lady @ 1021 was equally excellent. Breakfast was more than what I expected. Stayed 2 nights from 29-31 Dec 2022. The hotel is within a few steps away from the many restaurants and shopping stores fronting an area for kids called The High Street. In all it was a wonderful 2N3D experience staying in Seda. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Location, Very Clean, Great Staff”
I had a fantastic time staying here. The location of the place is simply the best. The hotel is easy to find in BGC. Also walking at night near the location feels safe. There are many food establishments around the area too. Our room was perfect very clean and it has everything you would need. The pool and gym looked amazing. The breakfast buffet was fantastic we got to see the BGC skyline while eating great food. They had a salad bar and pastry area. The food didn't feel limited. The minor problems we had were The smell of cigarette in the bathroom on our supposed non-smoking room. Our key card didn't work after we went for a swim. It was problematic going down to the lobby in our bathrobes. There was a locked door leading to our neighbouring room. The other guest kept on trying to open the door.

The best stay I ever had”
I don't usually leave reviews but I cant help but to leave one with my stay at SEDA BGC. Location is very close to Sm Aura and Market Market. A lot of restaurant nearby. Staff are superb. The front desk are very helpful, answer all my inquiries and very welcoming. Same with the guards, they are very polite and opens the door for us. The bellman are very attentive also. With regards to their food, I tried their breakfast buffet twice. A lot of food choices and ambiance is very relaxing. The room and bathroom is spacious, The bed is huge and very comfy. The housekeeping makes sure they refill our water and restroom amenities and they really make sure our room is clean. I am beyond happy and will definitely come back. Thank you Seda. Kudos!

Excellent Hotel ”
The location is fantastic! Right on the door steps of the high street, SM Mall and Market Market! So if you want to shop and eat your in the best location. Breakfast buffet was fresh, culturally inclusive and very tasty. The pool area is basic, as in, it's not a tropical resort style but still great. The staff were absolutely lovely. The only things I would say were a negative were the lack of face towels and ironing facilities in my room. But If you ask for a iron they provide one. On day 3, face towels appeared in mynroom so it was likely an oversight. I will be back!

Good Service and Great Location”
I love our room, enjoyed dipping at the pool and how it is close to bgc high street. Lot's of places to check out and see by just walking. I also love the buffet breakfast, lots of food choices and delicious. Kudos to all the staff of Seda Hotel. They are very helpful and very accomodating. They are easy to talk to and so friendly. Our new Home-base in BGC”
We chose to stay in SEDA though we have our own condo in BGC because we wanted to be pampered and to have more space. We took 2 rooms for 4 of us. SEDA is centrally-located at a good value price. Clean and comfortable beds though the shower water pressure could be stronger. Breakfast buffet was very extensid service was warm and hospitable.

Great Place for a Couple Staycation! ”
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seda BGC. The hotel is close to and is walking distance from various restaurants, shops, and other activities. Upon entering the room, you can really feel the comfort the room gives. All the stated amenities and essentials indicated on the app were there. The best thing about the Seda BGC stay was our included Breakfast Buffet! There was a wide selection of breakfast items, from both local and international. Will definitely book again in the future!

The hotel common area smells really good. Staff wear masks and alcohol santizers everywhere. Its a 3 min walk to Bonifacio High Street, Serendra, Market market where you will find all the restos, shopping, salon. I got a very good price for the hotel online. It has surpassed all our expectations.

Best location in BGC”
We love the location of this hotel. It is in the heart of BGC, steps from Market! Market!, SM Aura, and High Street. We even walked to Uptown Mall (15minutes) and Forbes Town (10 minutes). The room was small, but king size bed was very comfortable. It is also clean and modern. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
