Good experience ”
I love how Seda Capitol is located beside the park. You can walk around the park, have coffee, and feed the fish in the morning, while you can jog there at night. It is also located near the malls and restaurants. I booked a deluxe room and the overlooking view was the park. The bed is very spacious, although I think the bed should be checked for mites because my partner and I had rashes after the first night. When I left my room the second morning and came back in the noon, my room was not cleaned even after I put the make up room sign. The bathroom tiles were also broken and there was leaking water underneath it. The band-aid solution was to put more bath mats. The pool is too dark at night and there was no lifeguard present. Not very safe for night swimming. Check in and check out process was very smooth. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I had already been calling them days before my arrival to make sure some things were ready. The doorman was also very helpful. The customer service actually made up for some mishaps I experienced. Will definitely book again when I come back!

Anniversary Staycation”
Booked Seda two days prior our stay date via Agoda and the deal we got was very nice! Check In was smooth including the doorman who made sure that we were disinfected and checked prior to entering. The room was great. Everything needed was provided including facemasks and alcohol. I highly appreciate the work desk, chair and high speed internet connection which made our working staycation comfortable. Everything stated in the room details were provided - wifi, towels, coffee and tea, slippers, bath essentials. Room is clean including the bathroom. Hot and cold shower was available. The toilet came with a bidet. There were just the two of us who came to use the pool and as soon as we got there, pool towels were provided by the staff. Rooftop dining was available. We were only able to try their appetizers - calamares and chicken wings. Not a fan of the calamares since the breading was too thick and overall too dry. The chicken wings was flavorful though. Check out process was also smooth. They provide transportation when asked.

A great venue for a much needed rest and recreation. Effective & efficient, polite and very helpful staff (which is a great plus pointer for your stay), very clean (they ensure that sanitation is round the clock, location is prime (walking distance to Capitol lagoon, Ayala mall. Easily accessible to other parts of the City. Food is 👌👌👌, gym is available, has a roofdeck for lounging/chilling, pool is also available. Was able to recharge because of the ambiance and great service by the staff Kudos!

We spent two nights here on vacay and work related travel in one and i must say everything was excellent! The location of the hotel is close to my destination as it was located in the heart of Bacolod City, walking distance to Ayala Mall, and some other business centers in the city. Seda Hotel is a favorite among the many hotels I’ve stayed in in Bacolod City. It is very accessible to transport facilities, and the staff are always respectful, accommodating, and alert to the guest’s needs. They try to address you by name even, as you pass by the reception desk. The buffet breakfast offerings don’t change much, and could be improved with some variety. But if you’re in a hurry in the mornings, especially on business trips, this is a plus, since you know what to expect. Especially if you have many allergies to watch out for. I’ve travelled with my wife and children to many places in the Philippines and abroad (Europe, Asia and the Middle East), and I still have Seda in my favorites list. Every stay is very relaxing, even if the next day is expected to be a busy and unpredictable workday.

Oasis in the middle of bacolod”
Is the best hotel in this category in bacolod! Despite covit and cheap price, excellent service. Strict covit control is great. Excellent beds and the quietest air conditioning there centrally. Very nice pool, especially clean, the water and the filter system is running. This is not the case with other hotels. Oasis of calm and relaxing sleep. Never expected to be in the middle of the city and would love to come back again.

All-around excellent experience”
Seda's location was what made it attractive in the beginning. It's right along Lacson and everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, whether it's a mall, a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop, or a place to buy pasalubong. However, what left a distinct mark was the level of service the staff provides. Despite some mishaps during our stay (which was caused by other guests, not the hotel itself), the staff's response was excellent. Being part of the service industry myself, I realise that a lot of things are beyond our control. But the way we respond to difficult situations either makes or brakes us. Kudos to Seda. It's not the most affordable place, but it's certainly value for money. If we're given another chance to visit Bacolod, we'll definitely stay here again.

I like everything about this hotel. The price is a little high but for what you get it was great. The staff are amazing. The wifi worked great even on Zoom calls. Clean rooms and clean facilities. I did not use the pool, however the food was very good. I will always pick Seda in Bacolod over any hotel for me.

The hotel is located along Lacson Street, Bacolod City. The hotel is just in front of the Negros Occidental Provincial Lagoon were you can stroll/jog during afternoon or early morning. It's also 5-10 minutes walk to Ayala Mall - Capitol Central if you feel like shopping and eating. You can ride a jeepney if you want to visit SM Bacolod or Robinsons Bacolod malls. The hotel has gym and swimming pool where every guest can utilize during their stay. Most of all, the stay includes a buffet breakfast where you can select different types of servings. The staffs are very accommodating and welcoming. No checkin and checkout issues during my stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Accomodation!”
Pros: - Located at the main city, walking distance to restaurants and fast food such as Chowking, Jollibee, Mcdonalds, KFC, Dunkin Donut, 7 Eleven etc. - Near to the Ayala Mall, guess its 1km walking distance, but there's jeepney /taxi going around the hotel so its just a minute ride. - The hotel is in front of the huge park where you can take a walk, sit and relax or jog. - We booked a deluxe room and the window view is overlooking the green huge park so its very beautiful and relaxing, clean toilet, bed is very comfortable. - Staff are very friendly and always smile, the receptionist allowed us to check in early & checkout til 2pm without charge! Cons: - No videt in the toilet, so we had to buy "tabo" as we are not used of just using the tissue paper! So i hope the hotel management would consider installing a videt. To Improve: - Buffet breakfast is okay, but they could add more variety specially at the pastry sections, i noticed its all the same for our 2 days breakfast.

I'm a freelancer and wanted a hotel for a staycation and a quiet space for meetings and podcasts that I'm brewing. Seda is perfect since they have individual routers set up in each room so you have the most decent internet connection in the city. It has a pool area too if you fancy dipping in the pool any time of the day but you have to call the receptionists to check if its available for covid reasons. + breakfast buffets! OMG! This was a winner! Try Seda Bacolod and you'll see.

Overall stay was great, one thing that we're disappointed to is that one time that we forgot to open the light for the housekeeping to clean our room, and so we informed the front desk to clean our room since we'll be out the whole day. Upon arriving, we're expecting to have our room cleaned, but voíla! It hasn't been cleaned the whole day we're out and about. Also, for our second night, we wanted to have our complimentary water to be replaced with a new one, and so we tried to call the front desk, and then again, no one was answering after two or three dials and full rings. Nonetheless, we will stay again here if we happen to visit Bacolod again, since their location is very strategically placed and very near to pasalubong stores. Staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and kind too. They even ask us if we wanted ice for our tumbler when we asked for it to fill with drinking water.

Seda is a very good hotel to stay in when you are visiting Bacolod City. Very accessible, shopping malls and capitol lagoon is walking distance from the hotel and airport is 30-45 minutes away. Very quiet and comfortable to stay. The staff is very accommodating.
