Every time we come to the city this is our first choice. For me, not being a Philippine citizen it seems like I'm back in the US check in to a really nice hotel. I love the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff are really outstanding. The hotel is really clean as well as the room. Having the small refrigerator and iron is so convenient as well as a telephone. I really love and enjoy my stay and definitely will always come back to this hotel.

Busy period to arrive before Christmas, but we were accommodated in a large premium room. Staff were again amazing, even late dinner was cooked beautifully. Breakfast was fantastic. Location to shopping right next door is very handy as well. Great hotel and we will be back again...Thanks.

it’s worth the wait! arrived Seda so early and waited until check in time 14:00hrs , hotel was full yet staffs were not tired to give their best smiles, tidy & clean room , fresh towels , crisp linens , & quiet hallways made us sleep well. breakfast was superb as well, we’ll definitely stay here each time we visit CDO❤️

Book your breakfast, it is nice (if you are on time) and too expensive too book separately. Seda is fine to work, large room, clean, internet may require a cable but they have that for you. Pool is too warm and below par, but who swims while working...

The hotel was really nice and a real gem for the price. However, the restaurant was very expensive and besides the excellent continental breakfast experience, it was very slow when ordering. I don't know if I will stay here again due to the high prices of the restaurant. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The Filipino breakfast was really good but for an American, you might not find your usual items. Overall great experience

Everytime I would travel to cdo, I would always choose Seda cause of how clean it is, especially to a person like me who has a very sensitive nose due to my allergic rhinitis. Also, the staff was really friendly and accomodating, Seda feels like a second home plus there Misto resto was super good. Would definitely recommend this.

Everything was wonderful. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast-Buffett is big and covers some European and American choices next to a big selection of Filipino-Breakfast. The pool is great for kids playing, location is perfect for shopping. Rooms are nice and tidy. All in all a wonderful experience for us as a family of 5.
