Much better than expected”
We have stayed in a lot of 5-star hotels but the room quality here was even better than many of them. Room was very spacious and clean. Furnitures and interior design were modern, with big windows and lots of natural light. Facilities inside the room were of high quality and easy to use. Nice central location too.

Best recommend to Thai Binh”
New hotel/ clean/ great location/ price workable The staff was brilliant. We arrival in saturday noon and spend 2 night at hotel. There is event same day and a bit noise at first night but the staff was fully support us to be more comfotable I like the way hotel satisfy customer. The buffer breakfast was dispointed due to no Western food for my husband and also less food refill since we come breakfast at 9am. The hotel was fully explain and give us extra food in night to cover. they give really goods service for us so far as always understand our concern Sauce services also great. price is workable for hotel service. Tip was paid in bill and quite clear. high skill for massager there was good pool bar and drink price is accepted If will be great if roof open we will back this hotel soon

Breakfast need improve”
Everything else are perfect, breakfast is very poor, everyday is the same, must improve. Any hotel in Hanoi I can say has much better breakfast than here doesn’t matter how many rooms are sold. There are also one other restaurants nearby, if you have a driver like most Vietnamese you are lucky or go far to eat.
