New hotel, Clean room and great staff. ”
The location is perfect, about 10 minutes from Da Nang airport , 2 minutes by walk to the beach, many restaurant , cafe and shop around. The room with great view , very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, they helped me check in quickly and rent a motorbike at a reasonable price. We will be back here in the future.

Nice hotel ”
Great hotel with a nice pool roof top. Excellent staff at the reception who helped us a lot. Beautiful room, comfy beds and very nice bathroom. I had the best shower, pressure is amazing. Close by the beach and we had a good burger at a popular joint close by. The area is really nice. We were facing the streets and it got a bit noisy early in the morning but we had to get up anyway to catch a bus. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection. I would have love more fruits. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The most comfortable bed in Da Nang”
Pros: bed was a godsend after two consecutive nights on concrete slabs in other hotels in the area. Delightfully comfortable, the room was very clean and the blackout curtains worked quite well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the underground parking. Cons: breakfast was mediocre.

2019 new hotel, walk to beach, breakfast buffet, roof top pool..”
New hotel in 2019, so everything is still very clean and look new. More than average toiletries and hairdryer. A buffet breakfast is pretty good, refilled up to 9am. Pool is on 12 floor (roof top) where there is no light, open to the sky with no shade. Walk to beach and restaurants and mini Marts near by. Hotel rent out motorcycle and bicycle and has free basement parking at night (not for car). Receptionist and Bellboy are all very friendly and helpful.

New hotel in 2019. Walk to beach, near mini marts, near motorcycle rentals. Most rooms either no window or Windows seeing wall. Breakfast is extra in buffet style with pretty good choices and foods refilled til 9am. Walk in for hotel price is higher than booked through other web site.

Great location and comfortable room”
The room is not bad and comfortable. But it’s a little bit dusty and the water heater seems not working well, too hot or too cold. Hotel breakfast still ok. It’s just walking distance to My Khe beach.

New build, but not ready”
Pros: clean, nice big rooms, right by the beach, wide range of tv channels. Cons: no information on arrival, terrible breakfast (hot food left to go cold, there was so much food and drink that wasn’t replaced, no variety, only got given 1 breakfast voucher for 2 nights), staff were lovely but really did not know what they were doing, receptionist disappeared with my credit card out of the hotel to pay and forgot to give me my passport back (an unnecessary deposit considering you don’t pay until you check out), swimming pool was disgusting, it was like a construction site up there.

The hotel itself is beautiful and nicely furnished. However, the floor in our room was filthy for the whole time we were there even though they came into the room to ‘clean’ daily. Another problem with the housekeeping is that they are extremely careless, firstly they left the master key for the hotel in our room (if that got into the wrong hands they would have a massive problem). Secondly, they left the cushions and throw from our bed on top of the fully functional cooker, this is so dangerous and makes me question what training they have had. Lastly, the breakfast was problematic, they never seemed to fill any of the food up apart from the bread, the heaters for the food were never on so the warm food was cold. Also when we asked for more coffee putting in the jug they only filled it enough for 3 people which is poor to say it was only 9am and breakfast was until 10. There isn’t a lot of western breakfast choices but I understand we are in Vietnam and they are going to cater for the majority who are in the hotel. The staff at breakfast were also very unfriendly and a bit lazy but the staff at reception were always lovely and smiley.

Not suitable for light sleeper”
Started when they wanted to hold our passports but after we refused and paid in full they took photos Got into our hard beds for the night and we were put into a interconnecting room that the door was locked but at 3:30am when the neighbour came home pissed and decided to laugh and talk on his phone loud that was the first wake up Then came the 5:30am lift bell that rings at every level and you hear every ring I wouldn’t recommend when there’s so many better

The hotel has no bathtub as they shown in Agoda. We asked reception and they replied all rooms have no bathtubs which is totally different with our booking. The room is too small and toilet has bad smell. We told reception to clean again but it’s still has the bad smell. We choose breakfast from menu for Noodles and drink, it's so so. Staffs are kind and friendly.
