Providing direct access to Hammamet Beach, this 4-star hotel offers 2 swimming pools. It is located 3 km from the centre of Hammamet. Not good for money ”

I asked for an iron board and iron and was told that I have to use the laundry service. The spa facility is poor. The staff is mixed. The receptionist is not that friendly but the others are good. The food is great though.

Good hotel in general. A lot of families and kids. The food was ok for a four star hotel. Good rooms, could be cleaner... Not to far from the center of the city (hammamet center), but you need to take taxis to go and do things...

Very Bas staff ”

The review on the sea very beauty ..The staff unfriendly and not professional..In the last night I was going to eat the dinner ,the man who is responsible asking me about my room ,then he said me i don't have a dinner ...how thats possible ?? 2 days was having a dinner and the last day I don't have ..he said if I want to go to eat I should pay 90 dinar for each person that's mean I need to pay 180 dinar Almost 60 $ ...in this price I could in tunisian eat with 3 person ...he was really unfriendly...also today when I went to check out ...the front desk said me I still need to pay 1 night more 140 $ ..I was again surprised..when I show them the booking number and the confirmation..then they said sorry ....just to know all the staff there not warm people they are very cold ,and everything you ask will said that's the rules here ....if the paradise there I will not come back again ...what for a shity staff!!!

Wir waren vom 16.09. bis 17.9.2021 dort und waren sehr zufrieden! Das Hotel hat generell eine gute Lage und ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen! Der Strand ist zwar schmal, aber es reicht aus. WLAN Verbindung im Zimmer war schwach!
