Service by hotel staff was excellent”
It was an enjoyable stay at Seopjikoji Sunrise Hotel. It was a stone’s throw away from the Seongsan Ilchulbong, and there were several restaurants around. We stayed a total of 2 nights, and in the first night we discovered that the air-conditioning in our room would automatically switch off after 1 hour as there was a timer. We tried to toggle with the remote control, but it was all in Korean so our attempt was futile. We checked with the staff the next day and they were very apologetic and tried their best to fix the problem, but to no avail. However, they offered to give us a new room to have a more comfortable night of sleep, and even allowed us to keep our original room so that we don’t have to move all our unpacked stuff into the new room. The little glitch in the air-con in the first night was nothing compared to their hospitality. Thank you for this enjoyable stay!

The hotel location is quite confusing because there is also another hotel named Sunrise. And, the phone number of Seopjikoji Sunrise Hotel which we put in GPS cannot be traced. Other than that, all the services and facilities are very good!

Excellent choice outside of Seongsan town centre”
Near Seopjikoji, with convenient stores and restaurants located nearby. Rooms are clean with excellent facilities and amenities, and exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The only downside is the distance from Seongsan town which was not really a problem for us as we only arrived after exploring Seongsan.

Good stay, comfortable and clean”
Our best stay in Jeju Clean and comfortable room, quite spacious. Close to convenient store in case need to buy anything. We also got few discount voucher from the lobby :) Staff really helpful and friendly to us

Near to tourist attractions”
They provide breakfast at 7,000W per pax. Do consider their breakfast as there are less shops or restaurant nearby. It is near to hot tourist spots e.g. Seongsan Ilchulbong and Seopjikoji. The only downside was the staff can only speak Korean.

First of all, towels had terrible smell. I don’t think they us3 enough detergent for laundry. Second, you have to pay for extra towel. Seriously? I won’t go back to this hotel ever again.

Exceptional”
Interesting hotel check in as most of the check in process were done without the need of any hotel staff! Rooms were clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The area was quiet and near to various attractions.
