The room is superb. Splendid city view. Delicious breakfast. We stay at a suite and it’s absolutely nice and true to the photos. It’s located in a new shopping mall with lots of brands and nice restaurants.

It is located in a new shopping mall. Very convenient for people who love to shop. The hotel itself is also decorated fashionably. We stay at a suite and it is lovely with splendid city view. Breakfast was superb.

Nice room for 2 ppl, typical small size but functional, washroom is small with shower stall. Bed is comfy, not too soft. Nice view, modern decor. Many shops and restaurants around the hotel. NEX direct from Narita, exit station from Shibuya Stream if u need elevator for luggage. Lobby is on the roof top level of Miyashita park with a small cafe, the coffee is good. I would stay here again.

The location is just beside the Miyashita Park, where choices of shopping and food is within a few steps! A few steps and you’re in Shibuya Scramble square. It’s less than 800sqm to the Shibuya train station. Also very near to Harajuku! Good location and very cool check in process. Clean rooms and comfortable space.

Great location, close to subway, cat street. Everything was new so it was clean and staff was friendly. One thing I didn’t like was that they only clean your room every two days and didn’t give us enough towels.

Wow, we had a wonderful stay at Sequence! I had been in touch before our arrival and our room and view were amazing - thank you! The room was so spacious and well equipped - we especially loved the shower gel and shampoo! Such a convenient location, very close to Shibuya station and all the new shopping/dining areas in Shibuya. Our view was AMAZING and we loved the little 'Hi Tokyo' sticker on the window (which is now in our photos too) the coffee shop had a lovely atmosphere. We didn't use the bar, but we did have breakfast in the morning - which was delicious! Couldn't fault our stay at all....we hope to return again soon!

Most convenient location and super clean”
It’s right in the center of so much as a tourist. I stayed for 8 days total, split between a room with a queens bed and a room with two twins — I highly recommend the latter because the room was a bit bigger. Rooms are super clean although on the smaller side and the coffee shop on the lobby floor is super convenient in the mornings. Just note check-in is later than usual (5pm) but the later check out (2pm) was nice.

I am writing this review as a solo traveler that was visiting Shibuya for a couple of days. This place is absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and quite spacious. Compared to many other hotels in Tokyo, this one had one of the larger standard rooms with a fantastic view of the city. The main negative with this hotel is that the train station isn't close by, maybe about a ten minute walk. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I do plan to return here again.

Great location, self-check in, lots of gadgets in the rooms, great views, very convenient, spacious room for Japan, very comfortable bed, great bathroom. Could do with bigger refrigerator, but Miyashita Park has ample coffee optikns and eateries. For a new hotel in the heart of Shibuya, worth a look, especially for weekender or international business traveller wanting something between the top end and budget range options.

We picked this hotel because they provide 3 bed facilities (1 single + 1 bunk bed), and located close to Shibuya, and located on top of Miyashita park which is close to food access. But when we arrived, we realized that this hotel is located in the middle of Shibuya & Harajuku, light walking distance. For its price, location is really the value for money driver. We got park facing room view. Very pleasant view from the room. Room cleanliness is ok, and beddings are comfortable. The only note for this hotel is their late check in time - 5pm! This is different with other Japan hotel that we book which is around 3pm. However we can do early check in, with an extra addition of JPY 2000.

I gave staff a 4 star as with self check-in and out I had no contact. Not sure if that is a good thing for the brand but post covid it is probably a current trend we will see for a while longer. It was a great place to stay and I would stay again.

My son and his friend enjoyed this hotel stay that is very convenient and close to Harajuku area and nice shops in Shibuya area where he likes to visit in Tokyo. Not a specific service they used in this hotel but the location matters.
