Not return again, staff are not helpful and nice to customers. The onsen ll need to pay. The swimming pool is not warm so they have to us hot fan. Not value for money.

In general, the resort is nice and large, and its services are decent. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant leaves a wonderful impression on me with varied and scrumptious dishes and fruit juice .The only problem, specifically in my deluxe twin room, is that the water was not warm/hot enough, making taking a shower in this cold weather a pretty bad experience, especially when we have a 3-yr-old boy; the room cost serious money tho :( I called the reception for help, and the answer was “since we use a central water heating system, just run the water for a while, the water will become warmer/hotter.” However, it didn’t help, and we had to have a wash, not even a shower, to call it properly, with cold water. The water from the showers in the indoor swimming pool area was even warmer than in our room. Apart from such the bad experience of cold water in our room, everything else was satisfying and worthy of praise.

Nice place for a short trip from Hanoi”
The resort is located close to Hanoi. The staff and food were amazing. The landscape is super nice 👍 The hotel should improve their facilities, especially the bathroom. There was only super hot or super cold water, which made my experience here not really nice. The room itself also need some renovation to get 4 star quality.

Best for hot springs near Hanoi”
2.5 hour from Hanoi. Beautiful resort, fresh air, free bicycle. Must try Onsen package, especially in cold day.

Beautiful place with mountain and river view but lack of facilities and poor activities. We choose bungalow , it’s spacious and beautiful riverview with large balcony . Unfortunately air conditioner doesn’t work properly and room quite dark. Breakfast yummi but lack of choices.

貸切の温泉は料金はそこそこするものの日本で味わえるような露天風呂という感じでした。ただ少し水温が冷たかったのでそこは注意点かと思います。

겨울에 갔는데 샤워실에 뜨거운물이 아예안나옴”
지금까지 호텔을 다녀봤지만 뜨거운물이 안나와 샤워를 못해본 경험을 처음해봤다 직원을 불러 수리했고 나왔지만 그냥 미지근한물에 물수압이 졸졸 나옴 2살 5살 아이를 데리고 가서 이랗게 떨면서 샤워해보기 처음 수영장도 온수풀이라고 들었는데 정말 미지근해서 모든 사람들이 바로 나오는 경험을 했네요 여름에는 가도 겨울은 비추입니다 특히 비성수기엔 제대로 관리가 안되는것 같아요 다른분들 좋았다고 햐서 갔는데 제가 간 12월은 비추입니다 또한 직원들이 영어가 전혀 안되요 한 분정도 리셉션에 영어하는 직원이 있는데 제가 저녁에 샤워기 더운물 안나와서 전화했을때는 영어하는 분이 아예없어서 엄청 고생해서 수리하는 직원오고 번역기 꺼내고 난리쳤네요 .... 황당했던 리조트입니다

겨울 실내 수영, 온천, 바디 마사지, 테니스, 자전거..”
리조트 부지가 큰데다 잘 꾸며져 있고 즐길 만한 부대 시설도 갖추고 있어서 알차게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다만 쌀쌀하고 제법 추웠던 1월에 방갈로 객실에 묵어서 너무 추웠습니다. 대나무와 나무 가지로만 엮은 베트남 전통 가옥 스타일이라 베트남 문화는 경험할 수 있었지만 너무 추워서 전기 장판을 안 챙겨 갔더라면 객실을 옮겼을 것 같아요. 객실은 추가 베드로 3인이 묵기에 넉넉했습니다. 조식도 나쁘지 않았고요. 만났던 직원분들 모두 친절하셨지만 베트남어로만 대화가 가능해서 그 점이 조금 불편했습니다.

리조트 분위기, 조경 등 전체적으로 좋았음 베트남 8년차인데 여러 리조트를 다녀본 것과 비교해서 적어봄 <단점> - 식당 주문하면 빠져있거나, 다른게 나옴 - 리셉션 채크인시 시설 이용에 대한 팜플렛이나 설명이 없음(일일이 물어봄) - 제일 큰 목적은 가족탕 이용하러갔는데, 채크인 다음날부터 가족탕 공사함. 채크인 할때 알려주던가 예약할때 알려줘야되는게 아니었나 싶음. 4박5일간 가족탕 1번도 이용 못 하고 돌아옴. <장점> - 리조트 주변 풍경과 조경이 아주 좋음 - 실내 온수풀장이 매우 좋음, 아이가 놀수있는 미끄름틀도 있음 - 키즈룸이 매일매일 매시간 청소상태가 좋았음 - 산 옆이고 잔디 조경 , 연못등 있지만 벌레가 많이 없음
