I've tried several hotels in Hanoi, this one is the best. The room is very confortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. Extremely helpful staff”
The staff were so helpful. I had checked out but had an issue with my onward journey due to a language barrier. I was able to phone the hotel staff who spoke to the bus company on my behalf. I was extremely grateful for their help. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Free bottled water each day. Conveniently located within walking distance of a wide variety of attractions and restaurants in the old quarter.

We had an overnight stay in this hotel before leaving Hanoi, and we absolutely love the staff. They accommodated and helped us with all our questions. The only thing we noticed would be if you were to take a shower, the toiletries such as the shampoo and body shower are packed in a single sachet which means it's not environmentally sustainable. Nonetheless, the food was awesome and delicious. The room was spacious and very clean.

The room was very basic, but kept properly and clean. Washrooms were clean. AC took some time to cool the room, but it eventually did, so that was also fine. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Room was very nice, big enough, if with balcony it would be better, so we can sit there in the evening after walking in Hanoi, i must appreciate great receptionist My which was very helpful with good english, friendly and polite, they prepared for breakfast what we wanted. So I stayed here for three nights when I was in Hanoi and the staff were so accommodating. On my first day, I arrived early at 10AM (after they picked me up at the airport) and they offered me an early check in which was really nice. Also, when I went to Halong Bay and stayed there for a night -they allowed me to leave my baggage for my re check-in the following day. To add, they also arranged airport transport for my early flight going back home (and I really find the price reasonable for the convenience it provides). Over all, services are great and the rooms are well maintained with complimentary fruits and drinks on the side.

Minh was very helpful and good in English. The room is very clean and see why they say this hotel is the cleaniest hotel in old quarter. The location was actually very very good. Most of the fav restaurants are literally at most 3-4 minutes walk. The price is right, the staff is right and the location is right. One thing that would be a downfall is that we have to wake minh up to open the door, but found out all hotels lock doors at night for preventive measures. However, he was always nice to open up for us. It is a must stay!
