We had a group of 8 people that stayed in the apartment and it is extremely cheap and great value for money staying together. It is located in district 1 which is centrally located to all great food and attractions. Taxi rides will range from 20,000VND to 100,00VND. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport costing around 150,00VND (tell the driver to turn on the met...We had a group of 8 people that stayed in the apartment and it is extremely cheap and great value for money staying together. It is located in district 1 which is centrally located to all great food and attractions. Taxi rides will range from 20,000VND to 100,00VND. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport costing around 150,00VND (tell the driver to turn on the meter). Small selection at the buffet breakfast but its still good considering it is free of charge with the room, reception also has a tour guide (buffalo tours) which was very helpful to book flights and tours. Staff are very helpful, friendly and are not bothered when we returned to our room in the early hours of the morning. One of the best stays i have had in ho chi minh considering i have been there 5 times.

Upon checking in I alerted the staff I would be checking in late. They were alerted and knew who I was when I showed up. The comfort of the room made it a great place to get work done while still being comfortable... Only problem was there was an extra cost for Internet (except in the lobby where it was free). Overall the nicest place for me to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Booked through agoda and had to check out early due to business. Lost two nights rent. If booking straight through the hotel - was told they would have refunded.

The residence houses a well spaced & equiped gym, which would be efficient to burn your calories. And also there is an in-house bar and a small supermarket store where all necessary groceries like eggs, milk, juices, crackers, wine, whisky..etc can be purchased (even after the closing hours, since the staffs are so courteous they open up the supermarket for you to shop). The food (breakfast) was great and serving it beside the Saigon river made our experience great. Overall, we as a group of 8 people had an amazing stay @ Saigon Domaine and would recommend this to anyone who's making a trip down there. I would definitely stay here, if I return back to Ho Chi Minh

We weren't sure where to stay, other than recommendations from friends that we stay in District 1, since District 1 has lots of tourist attractions. We found The Landmark on Agoda, made our reservations, and are thrilled with our decision. The Landmark was awesome, awesome, awesome. The hotel facilities were very nice, incredibly clean, and quiet. Our room was spacious, fully equipped, with new (or very, very clean) bedding, a huge tv with lots of stations in English, a closet safe, etc. As for the staff, they were perfectly hospitable, engaging, always available/willing to help, and quite capable in English. We cannot say enough good about this property. If you want to stay at an upscale property in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, then you should consider this one!

The receptionist/cleaning lady was wonderful as well. She went shopping with us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here simply because the staff is so wonderful. It didn't work for us long term because we needed more space for our children and really wanted a swimming pool. However, we will look into K&T whenever family comes to town!

The only concerns is the receptionist's english speaking ability. But they're very friend and capable of serving you for the breakfast and room service. But no further than that if you like to ask for help on touring the Ho Chi Minh city. And of course, it is more like a home than a hotel which without much choice of service if you're heavily addicted to the fancy service of a 5 star hotel.

Lovely local restaurant next to apartment is a must try - very helpful and pleasant staff. Within walking distance is the war remnant museum and the reunification palace, where breakfast is available. More restaurants and eateries, cafes and even Ben Thanh Market are all within walking distance. Give ample time (10-15 mins) for check-out as staff will run through list of inventory to make sure everything is in place... all done very professionally.

Its an office and service apartment, as expected office staffs and tenants would be rushing in and out of the 3 passenger lifts which provides for 20 floors during office working hours. However, we were on holiday and there was no woo aahs. We will be back again as An Phu Serviced Apartments meets our requirement especially in security, convenient and comfort. Staffs were kind and do speaks good English. We unexpectedly left about VND 3.5 million on the dressing table and all was there when we came back after their room make up. That's sincerity and good etiquette from the room cleaners ! Keep up the good service and we will meet again.

Only spent 10 hours at the apartment as we were transitting through Ho Chi Minh to Da Nang. Location is only a 10 min walk through the airport car park to the entrance, across the arrivals drive, follow footpath around to side road where there is no footpath but safe enough to walk along the road. My request for a quiet room was honored and other than some minor road noise, it was quiet. The apartment furnishings are basic but functional, all I need. Big refrigerator and a full kitchen with plates and cutlery, ...Very nice stay. The staff are very helpful and especially James, thanks to them all. I didn't get a modernized apartment, but happy with the place I got. My request for a quiet room was honored and other than some minor road noise, it was quiet. Also, the facility has no restaurant but there are plenty of food outlets in the immediate area.

The food in the hotel's restaurant was really good, especially the breakfast. The restaurant also had a lovely outdoor terrace with a bar that overlooked the city. The rooms were clean, very well equipped, and well decorated and maintained. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about my stay at this hotel. I definitely highly recommend it.

For the price, the room is spacious and retains the homely feel of a serviced apartment. The Galaxy cinema is next door with many eateries and Ben Thanh market within walking distance. Just superb!

The said breakfast very basic, but adequate. The location quite difficult for taxis to find. The staff were friendly, but I was disappointed about the extra charge. Would I stay again....probably not.

We got the One-bedroom one with the caring support from the staff at Sunny Tropical. Omg, the room was so lovely with fully furnished. Even we could cook there and do the washing with the washing machine. The price was so reasonable. The room was very clean. It has a pool on the roof top which is extremely pure and beautiful. We also had chance to travel around Saigon ...We got the One-bedroom one with the caring support from the staff at Sunny Tropical. Omg, the room was so lovely with fully furnished. Even we could cook there and do the washing with the washing machine. The price was so reasonable. The room was very clean. It has a pool on the roof top which is extremely pure and beautiful. We also had chance to travel around Saigon and enjoy Vietnamese cuisine thanks to the food maps provided by the staffs and they were willing to help us get to the address on foot if could. Overall experience is great and I recommend the Serviced Apartments to all of you who want to kick start a holiday.

We will definitely come back again if we do visit Ho Chi Minh Breakfast is amazing. Recommend for family

They also have a washing machine on top floor w detergent. I stayed in a 2 bdrm apt. Such comfy beds and sofa that my friend fell asleep on while watching Netflix! They have Netflix and YouTube all set up. Slippers in room? a safe, fridge.. and nice shower and hot water!! I totally recommend this place in District 1.

The check-in didn't start the best way, since the hotel did over booking, but promptly they moved to the another A&Em hotel across the street, with a complementary upgrade (so they say). The location of this hotel is 5 starts and you can walk almost to all the touristic places. I totally recommend A&Em hotel.

I find this a suitable place to stay. It offers a quite stay away from the congestion of the city. It has a comfortable bed and the interior design is pleasant and feels more relaxing then the standard hotel. AC is strong and worked well in my room.
