Rooms were clean. Expensive for space.. the room was not spacious.. ”
Room service and housekeeping were very late to respond.. restaurant food had hair in it and the manager was rude and not guilty about the same n was probing to no end.. wasted a lot of time. Was expecting full payment of bill inspite of being neglectful.. The terrace view with infinity pool is great n relaxing

Problems and only problems.. - Standard king room texture shown on travel portal and in hotel does not match. Its a sales tactics to attract client. - very few option with food that too its only a veg hotel. - shower water leakson the floor towards the bed. - Dinning service is worst. Firstly they missed to provide plate along with food and later took 45 min to provide plate that too after remindinv them 3 times...

Reception Staff needs more training”
Reception staff had to be contacted multiple times for some request. At time of checkin i was informed about late checkout but later was denied. Was only given extra 1 hr for checkout. Other staff especially the restaurent staff and housekeeping staff are awesome and they were very polite and responsive.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.. Staff who should be given raise are Duty Manager - Rakeshji and Ashokji..Apart from them i would wish to award Anamika and Rahul for their best restaurant service.. Thank you!

I booked my stay for new year's eve well in advance and hence got a great value for money deal. Only downside being it provides veg only option. Rest all things were too good. Highly recommended...!!!

Very good property. Loved my stay. Staff is very co operative. Mr. Ashok, Mr. Chandradeep are two best people I met during my stay. Good quality is awesome. A must stay if you are a vegetarian. Excellent location.

There aren't too many facilities in the hotel... Every game was chargeable. Not worth the amount we paid for the room.. Eveb after paying like 6k for a day stay breakfast was not complementary..

The hotel is located at a walking distance from the Railway station and from the Lonavla market. The room, ambience, decor everything was gave us a very good vibe. Not to forget the amazing food and the service, really worth.

Everything was good and clean but the 1st person you go n interact is the manager who was very rude and not co-operative but apart from him all the staff out there where very co-operative and well trained
