Perfect discovery in Nathan Road”
What a wonderful hotel, from the time we checked in till we checked out. We had great breakfast, rooms were big and comfortable. Everything was provided for. The hotel even gave us fruits, cookies, alcohol drinks during New Year's eve. Housekeeping was fantastic and efficient. Front desk staff was always accommodating and friendly. Location was excellent, with MTR just 2 minutes walk away. Even drop off of airport bus A21 was just a 3-minute walk. I will certainly recommend this hotel and come back here next time.

Convenient, Clean & Reasonable”
Check in was fast and easy. HK$300 damage deposit which I got back immediately upon checkout. Room facilities seemed new enough & clean. The bathtub was a welcome addition. Bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and and comforter in the closet if you need it. Minifridge empty but plenty of convenience stores nearby for you to put your own food & drinks inside. 2 bottles of free water daily as well as toiletry replenishment & room cleaning. My room was on the 1st floor but no sound from the streets could be heard. The window was fogged out as I guess there's nothing to see from the 1st floor. Pros: - Convenient Location. Walkable from TST or just one stop on the MTR right next to the entrance. Every typical store and 24h convenience nearby. - Good price for Hong Kong and comfort of the room. - Very attentive and friendly staff. Cons: - Small room but typical for Hong Kong - Wifi speed quite slow. 4 MB and I tested it at different times. Good enough for basics only.

All the staffs are very helpful and courteous. The hotel is very strategic to the MTR station, restaurants , and shopping stores . Housekeeping always make sure the room is clean with clean towels. Will highly recommend this hotel to friends and will stay again here again.

Everyone is very approachable, accommodating and friendly. Room is clean and well lighted. Location is just beside MTR Exit in Jordan and only a ride away from most destinations. Much better than the other hotels we tried in HK.

A great iconic hotel”
The hotel is located in the heart of a shopping district. It is an icon of Hong Kong in existence for more than 50 years. The interior apparently has been renovated. Everything looks new. The room is sizeable and there is a bathtub, a rarity in a 3* or 4* hotel. The only problem I have is that the room has a useless frosted window in the bathroom. It's virtually a windowless room. Given the great service of the staff, I am willing to give it another chance. I'll make sure to have a real window next time.

it's an old but well-maintained hotel. the interior is new and super clean. all staff are very helpful and room is cleaned thoroughly everyday. the only drawback is, there is no control on the elevator, which means anyone can enter to the hotel at any level. Seems a bit unsecured to me.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, staff are very helpful and understanding especially Ms Joanne at the front desk plus the concierge staff. They are excellent staff of this hotel in their assistance to help me in making dates adjustments to my booking and taking care of my baggages.
