A great little find”

The price was very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised with what we found considering other accommodation we have stayed at in the Blackpool area before. They were happy to accommodate out of hours check in and cheeky breakfast requests from my daughter. The room was clean, very comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. It's just few minutes from the tram stop and roughly half way between the pleasure beach and tower. The nearest car park is just a few minutes walk away so parking is not really an issue.
Having to go home at the end of our holiday but that's not their fault 🤣. I can't find a fault with this guest house and will be looking to stay here again.

Guest House was amazing. Lovely warm welcome. Owner even moved her own car so we could park. Loved the later breakfast time of 9-10am & you we loved that we could personlise the full breakfast and the checkout time 11am which is nice & you don't feel rushed . Very quiet area. Room where perfect size for 2 adults. Nice big window for light. Shampoo and bathroom products supplied where good quality brands & also nice fluffy towels. Bed was beautifully made and was nice to see some colour in the room instead of the normal white bedding really had that homily feel. USB points available within the touch lights as side of the bed. Would highly recommend & will be planning on booking again.

Another Fabulous Stay”

The owners Sarah and Ken are so friendly. Breakfast is delicious, the b&b is situated between central and South Pier which is perfect for us. Our room had 2 bedrooms in it, each with en-suite which is great at the end of the night to have our space from the kids.

Lovely breakfast . Yogurts , cereals, fruit , fresh orange pot coffee . Toast, jam & marmalade. Bacon , sausage, egg, beans hash brown. Can have what you want and always asked do you want more .

My wife and I spent a long weekend here and it was excellent. A cosy, quiet little place not far from all the attractions and 2 minutes walk from a tram stop. The hostess Sarah cooked a wonderful breakfast every morning with a smile. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing time.

Sarah the owner was fab, nothing was to much for her and the room we had was super for us and our 2 boys. It was 2 separate rooms which gave us and them their own space to unwind from the hectic days exploring in blackpool. The rooms where like interconnecting rooms with a small hallway that ajoined them both giving security and privacy
