Three hotels in one al waha is family orientated so overrun with kids and more populous restaurants al bandar a medium hotel still with children but a bit quieter due to price, al husn is a premium hotel a lot more exciting expensive but with an air of exclusivity about it. All quiet expensive but expected for Oman right now...

UN VERITABLE ADULTS ONLY AVEC PLAGE TOTALEMENT PRIVEE”
Chambre deluxe vue mer magnifique (mais le prix l'est aussi)! Excellent service. Goûter à 16 heures et Apéro à volonté à 18 heures forts appréciables (surtout à Oman où boire un verre est souvent impossible sauf à connaître un bar clandestin!). Restauration sur place excessive, les restaurants du complexe en dehors du Al Husn Sont également chers mais plus abordables,les rations copieuses souvent à partager. La ballade le long de la plage des autres complexes est agréable mais nous avons été surpris de trouver ici un intégrisme auquel nous ne nous attendions pas et beaucoup d'hommes "mûrs" accompagnés de plusieurs très jeunes femmes souvent voilées intégralement. A noter que cela ne concerne quasiment pas la partie "Al Husn". Accueil et service de qualité. Un vrai 5*. Un seul vrai bémol, la piscine théoriquement chauffée à 28° n'a jamais dépassé les 22°, malgré les affirmations du responsable, ma femme qui est frileuse ne s'est jamais baignée, il s'agit là d'une vraie tromperie.

Es war bereits unser 2. MAl im Shangrila und wir haben es auch diesmal sehr genossen. Wir würden wieder kommen aber eher in den mittlerne Teil. PreisLeistung ist dort etwas besser. Zimmer aber genauso schön wie im Al Husn.

皆さんの口コミが良かったので期待を持って訪れました。可もなく不可もなしという印象です。コンペティターが少ないからかもしれませんが、施設やサービスを良くする余地はまだまだあるように思います。 施設の面ではユニバーサルに対応するコンセントがない、USB充電ができない、枕元にコンセントがない、WiFiがとぎれとぎれ、ドアがタッチ式の鍵ではない、傷だらけの家具や建具、床やカーペットも古臭い、汚水の臭いがするなど、改善点はたくさんあるように感じました。掃除はまぁまぁ行き届いていると思います。 朝ごはんのセレクションは少なく、毎日代わり映えのしない内容です。一方、アフタヌーンティーやイブニングカクテルのおつまみは毎日違う内容で美味しかったですが、量は少なめです。 スタッフの方々は、欧米人には比較的親切である一方、私たちにはいつも怪訝そうな表情をしていたのが不快でした。にも関わらず、チップ欲しさなのか、部屋への案内後、ホテルのこと、部屋の使い方の説明をろくにしないで部屋の中をウロウロされたり、気持ち悪かったです。無料のアクティビティがあることは、チェックアウト時に知り、参加できなかったのが残念でした。 ホテル内の飲食は異常に高いです。シャトルバスも少なく不便です。 子どもがいないリゾートなので静かで、プールも優雅に泳げて良かったです。 近くに別のリゾートができるようですので、同じレベルを維持するだでは客が減ってしまうのではと思いますので、これから頑張ってほしいです！
