Exceptional”
Small hotel with a comforting feel. In the lobby, there is a room with a kitchen you can use to cook food and lots of games and books. There was also a rooftop you could go to that has tables. Beautiful views from up there. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The only thing is the breakfast was a bit pricey to add on and for our family, it wasn't really worth it, but you do get an option between a western breakfast or a japanese breakfast.

I love the interior. Staff was superb. The cafe was a nice touch which gives a unique edge to the whole establishment.

beautiful hotel ”
I loved this hotel from the very first time I saw it on the website. The hotel is located near the Marutamchi station with a super market, McDonald and convenience store all in walking distance. The shared kitchen was fantastic to use with all cooking equipment available, microwave, cooktop, fridge, freezer, coffee machine. We ate our breakfast every morning and cooked two dinners in kitchen. We were a family of four and booked the 4 bedroom futon bedroom. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable, too hard for our personal needs. The room was spacious for all four people and four pieces of luggage. The Shower room was a great setup with great water pressure. The hotel was spotless and clean, loved the décor , fixtures , and the blonde wood furniture. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Just one thing that was a negative a little too far to main town for eatery /shopping, approx. 25-30 min walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Will book again, just loved it!

Nice, quite, artsy hotel”
Pros: The library and the kitchen of the hotel are very nice. The location is very close to the subway. Japanese Breakfast is simple but outstanding! Cons: the check in time is 3:00pm and the check out time is 10:00am., that is quite inconvenient for the guests even the hotel provides luggage storage service.

Near to Marutamachi Station, neighborhood is pretty quiet at night. Shared kitchen is a plus point as you can buy some groceries from the mart nearby and cook your own meal.

a bit far from everything”
The hotel itself was nice and clean, making it a pleasant stay. However, we were put into a room right next to the elevator, which made us feel a little unsafe at night given there weren't any security system within the elevator to block out trespassers except for the front door security. The subway exit closest to the hotel did not have any escalators/elevators, making it quite inconvenient to get to the hotel, and would be a little concern with the safety when you get back after dinner hours because the shops nearby close quite early, making the surrounding area a bit quiet and not very well lit. The major upside here is that they have bicycles for rent, saving you some time to find a rental in the morning. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone concerned with their safety or with bulky luggage though.

modern, quiet and comfortable place”
This hotel was remodeled recently so it was very clean and modern. It is located in a quiet location so you can take a good rest. Even though it is a little far from tourist spots but there is a bus stop around the hotel so you can go anywhere you want.

Good for family ”
Room was big enough for my family of four, got a western Japanese room. Came with two mattresses but was given an extra one when we requested. Toilet and bathroom was very clean! Location was near subway with a number of buses to take to various tourist attractions. Breakfast was limited though, for both days we had Japanese breakfast only.

Front desk staffs are well supported and speak English very well. Breakfast is rather boring. Fish everyday !!! Toilet and bathroom is located outside the bed room. It's not convenience.
