Great value for money”

It was clean and neat, but the owner took some time to clean up so we only manage to check in around 4pm. And the water pressure was small during our stay.

Dear Value Guest. The staff may be forgot to inform you on how to switch ON the water heater accordingly. This water is unique, you will need to lower the shower for activating the heater pump. Thanks for support. Apology for the inconvenience caused. Contact us when you come to Labuan again.

Cheap homestay”

about 20mins drive to labuan town. nice stay to stay for a small family or group of 4-5 people. Easy to find local restaurant. Only parking is limited. Sometimes other permanent residents will double park and block your car. Haha

Lokasi di luar bandar”

Memandangkan lokasi apartment berada di luar dari kawasan bandar, maka perlu perancangan untuk kenderaan sendiri (sewa), masa pergerakkan keliling pulau dan makan supaya tidak kerap berulang alik dari Apartment ke bandar. Owner ada menyediakan micowave oven untuk memanas masakan, cerek elektrik untuk buat minuman.Berada di tingkat 3, maka warga emas/OKU mungkin agak menyusahkan.Lampu koridor,tangga dan jalan tidak menyala, ada masalah antara pemaju dan Perbadanan. Tetamu keluarga atau kumpulan antara 5 ke 7 orang cukup memadai memandangkan ruang yang tak berapa besar. Penyerahan kunci untuk Check-out boleh di buat pada wakil owner di bandar, jadi tak perlu tunggu lama di Apartment.
