Great service!”

We highly recommend this place for beautiful scenery, friendly staff and excellent service. It’s nestled high up in the mountains where you get gorgeous views in the morning, majestic rolling fog in the afternoon, and awesome star-gazing opportunities at night (they have a nice little garden in the back). The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our requests, including picky and last-minute dinner orders. Forgetful me, I left a piece of luggage there after checkout and only remembered after our three-hour trip back to Taipei. The property owner herself delivered the luggage to me the next day as she happened to be in town. Talk about five-star service! 我們非常推薦這個擁有優美風景，友善員工和以客為尊的住宿地點。它座落在深山裡，早晨可以欣賞到美麗的山景，下午可以看到美麗的霧色，晚上則可以到後面的漂亮無光害花園觀星。 這裡的員工和老闆娘都非常親切，我們提出一些挑惕的要求甚至臨時加訂晚餐，他們都盡可能滿足我們的要求，退房後我還不小心遺漏了行李，直到三小時後回家才想起，通知住宿後，沒想到第二天，老闆娘因為剛好要來台北，就順手把行李親自送到我辦公室，真的是太感動了。 極力推薦大家一定要去試試看這間旅店！

網站照片之民宿外觀與周遭環境與實際不符，他們有兩間民宿，實際上我們去住的是路邊的15K那間”

當天到了才被通知是住在15K馬路邊的民宿，感覺不是很好。 房間乾淨，床鋪被單算是舒適 額外加價的晚餐還不錯吃，量有足夠 早餐的部分時間很短，只能7點到8點用餐 有點趕 房間內的熱水足夠，洗澡算是舒適，有免治馬桶冬天覺得溫暖。

很適合放慢步調與交流的農園民宿”

房間景觀很棒四面環山,基本規定都有註明, 訂房前老闆也來回聯絡多次確認餐點與需求, 早餐訂房會附,晚餐1人300,蔬果都是自己種植, 早餐自助式晚餐七菜一湯,份量不少兩個人要全吃完很勉強, 加草農園是個很適合放慢步調體驗的民宿, 老闆對於水土保持有理想, 正在籌畫號招有志一同的人一起將附近土地重新種樹造林, 如果當天房客少或是退房後還有時間, 不妨可以跟農園老闆交流一下,甚至專程來拜訪, 會有許多意外的收穫,我想這才是住在這裡最有價值的地方。

整體而言，不推!”

1. 為了讓團客中巴好迴車，要求移車到大門外路邊斜坡停放，事後又未通知能停回原處，只見其他住客的車已停進該處... 2. 網路照片與實際住房不相符，房間只有一排4~5個掛鉤，一個小茶几已擺滿茶壺、小毛巾，一張小化妝台，沒任何矮櫃、衣櫃，行李、背包只能放地上 ! 浴室也沒乾濕分離 ! 3. 家人一進房，就踢到床架，導致腳指甲裂開滲血。 4. 晚餐加購一人300，七菜一湯，但我似乎比之前評論的菜色差了點，早餐就單純的稀飯配菜。 或許山上資源不易取得，經營管理相對困難，但基本的服務品質還是要維持，至少讓客人住得舒服，而不是搞一肚子氣離開~
