Clean hotel. Polite staff. They arranged transfer from airport. The only issue I had was that toilet flash was not working. They use a faucet instead which is very inconvenient.

Good but remote hotel”
I liked that it was a new hotel and it was relatively close to the bustling city. However, hotel staff informed the transport company on the number of days I was coming and how I made the booking. I guess this should be kept private and the staff should be trained how to treat customers. The breakfast was also a bit below the 4* level. All in all, good new hotel, but I won't come back here unless my usual hotel in Almaty will be fully booked.

이 호텔에는 아무도 머무르지 않기를 권유합니다. 한국분들 이시라면 한국인이 바보가 아니란걸 보여줘야 합니다. 경찰과 짜고치고 한국인들을 우습게 여기는 처사들을 벌받게 하고 싶습니다. 30년 넘게 사업과 여행으로 많은 곳을 다녀봤지만 이런 글을 쓰는 것도 처음입니다. 정말 사악한 것들이 또아리를 틀고있는 호텔입니다. 카자흐스탄인들의 이미지를 더럽혔습니다. 아니면 이들은 원래 이런지? 앞으로 카자흐스탄 사람들을 곱게 바라보지 않겠습니다. 참으로 더럽네요!

Элементарно нет электрочайника в номерах. Обслуживание в ресторане вообще 0. Поведение персонала ни как с гостем, а как сдругом. Особенно у особей мужского пола. Единственные адекватные были две девочки с ресепшена небольшого ростика и дамы которые убирают номера. Шум от электрощитка, который находилс возле кровати очень раздражал. А также шум от вытяжки в туалете, который сам по себе включалс и отключился, т.к. не было контроллера. Попросил вызвать техника, пришёл через 3 часа в 12 ночи и то со второго звонка. Пришёл какой то старик, открыл дверь своим ключом, что вообще запрещено. Зашёл, и начал искать панель регулировки, т.е. этот товарищ вообще не имел понятия где что находится. В итоге пошёл за ключом от электрощитка и пропал. Благо девушка с ресепшена адекватная попалась и в итоге в 2 часа ночи переселили в другой номер, где была такая же беда, но не такой сильный шум был. Как оказался в туалете стоит общая вытяжка.

Отвратительный отель, полотенца застиранные, одеяло ватное, матрац ужасный, завтраки скудные, слышимость как будто без двери номера, пахнет сыростью….. заберите у них звезду, это отель 3 с натяжкой. Кроме расположения и фасада здания , нет ничего путного, просто уехали на следующий день, никому не советую
