The front desk are very friendly, very accommodating and special thanks to Johny and Louisa IRD Club Lounge asking me when and what time my Birthday cake to be delivered and Johny prepare a champagne .They go beyond my expectations.Room is clean even though scaffolding is all around the building can’t ask for anything.Food wise from cocktail at the Lounge area was great a lot of selections and Daily breakfast at The Cafe my all time favourite.Cristina takes care of her guest with passion.I would love to come back again and my family.

Bit higher price but truly worth it! Best quality bed in HK. And I have stayed in slot of hotels in HK over the years. Beautiful dining in 4 course set lunches. Check in could not have gone smoother. I cannot remember the lady's name at check in but she was a pro. And a lady named Yvonne had called after check in to notify me of something about my card used by Agoda but mistake on my name. Yvonne was excellent. At arrival, late at night, tired and hot ~ I had the privilege to have Calvin receive me and my luggage with such a helpful manner, efficient and careful with my luggage. The next day, after check in, the Porters delivered luggage very fast and were very courteous. Housekeeping has been superb! I asked for more creme, coffee and lots of water please ~ and within minutes they delivered. So helpful. So courteous. It is a dream hotel. Recommended fully. I have previously stayed 4 months in HK at one of the other 5 stars, and stayed in HK at yet another 5 star hotel for 10 months in HK. So I can compare with knowledge. By far ~ this is the best!

Everything is perfect. The advantages of this hotel are it's very close to two MRT lines and there's 7/11 convenience just outside the hotel. The room is not so big but comfortable.

Helpful staff and you've got everything you need inside room, such a convenient place for Xmas shopping, value for money I would say. Part of hotel external wall is under renovation, I would suggest to book sea view.

Great location, shopping malls, restaurants department stores are just around. 2 minutes walk to attraction such as Avenue of Stars, Space Museum, etc. Very kind and helpful staffs. The hotel building is old but well maintained. Very comfortable stay at Sheraton Hong Kong. Highly recommended.

A traditional 5-Star hotel with great services”
It is unbelievable that my wife and me enjoyed a nice staycation at a room which has a 180 sea view in a traditional 5-Star hotel with a reasonable price. The breakfast is awesome, which I believed is the best hotel breakfast all around the world.

The hotel sit on top of SOGO (which will be exiting soon) as well as nearby MTR exits. The interior of the hotel feels dated but clean. The room however had a contrastingly modern look & feel BUT felt surprisingly smaller than expected, due to the lower ceilings (I’m 182cm, so ceiling height is immediately noticeable). The rooftop bar also closed at 10.30pm which was understandable but still disappointing. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel buffet was delicious.

Incredible experience of our staycation in Sheraton, TST on 22 & 23 May 2022”
The most impressive experience of our staycation in Sheraton, TST: 1. Breakfast buffet on 23 May in the Cafe: very nice of all staff in the Cafe. They are very alert for the needs of diners. For the chef (I think should be the Chief Chef), he always walked around to see if any food was needed to refill with a shiny smile. He said Hi to me and checked if I needed noodles together with congee (as I just got a bowl of congee at that time). He also suggested me and my family to drink fruit juice (ie apple, pear and ginger juice) and it was very delicious. He could give us positive energy to have a good start of the day. Many thanks to him. When we left the Cafe, he was very busy to refill the food and we could not say thanks and bye to him. Please help me to pass my thanks to him. 2. Almost every staff that we met in Sheraton hotel were very nice and helpful. 3. Originally, we thought that we didn’t need an extra bed (already placed at our room) and staff was required to remove the extra bed from our room quickly. But as the bed is quite high for my mother (an elderly) to sleep on it, thus we requested an extra bed (which height should be shorter). Sorry for the inconvenience caused and very appreciate for extra effort made by the staff. Some suggestions: 1. More food varieties of breakfast buffet: for example, boiled eggs, chocolate taste cereal and more different kinds of dim sum. 2. More elderly friendly room facilities: shower cubicle （企缸), more handles (扶手) in washroom, bed with lower height are suggested.

We stay on 14/Fl. which was newly renovated and the room is clean and well decorated. The TV is the worse I have ever seen as the picture quality I can say it is poor. (Although I don't use it for long time) The Telephone is a bite worn out and the cable disconnected very easily. We checked-in at 2:30 and we get our room key at 22:00 due system failure. Thanks to the staff they have to accompany us to our room to open the door for us !!! Staff are nice and efficient .
