We were welcomed by friendly staff. The front desk staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Location is very good where GRAB service is easily accessed for drop in & drop off. Room that we booked is very spacious, above expectation and city view. The only minor problem was during arrival at the hotel because the car that we booked via official hotel website to pick us up from the airport was not there (luckily we have not pay yet). So, I called the hotel front desk, they apologise, so they arranged us with another vehile (Taxi service), I think it was VINASUN or VITASUN taxi service which I recommneded as it is very safe and legit. Overall, I like this hotel very much, ranging from its location, staff and cleanliness. Definitely, I will stay here again in the near future.

My family stayed here for 5 days and we really enjoyed it. The hotel locates in the heart of Saigon and is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is super clean. Food is a little bit pricey and breakfast buffet is okay we would have loved to see more variety. But what we loved most about this hotel is the staff. They are so pleasant and would go out of their way to help you. Manh helped me order food and arranged transportation for me. I’m writing this review to let his manager know what a valuable employee Manh is. Thank you Manh for making my stay at Sheraton Saigon such an amazing experience.

A fake 5-star hotel”
- No hotel staff even bother helping with the luggage. - Emptied complimentary water bottles in the room. - The spa closed without any notices prior to the booking but advertised that it has a spa service. - Staff at checkout ignored the 20% discount for the F&B until we explicitly asked. It took 20 mins to get a manager to solve it. The service was more like a 3.5-star hotel. The hotel itself (room, location, etc) was kinda fine though.
