Peaceful place in Iloilo”
My family and I absolutely love this place, we wish we could have stayed longer. It's a quiet place in Iloilo, perfect for a family that just needs to relax. The kids have the pool and mini playground to keep themselves busy. We also love the lagoon where we went used the paddle boats. We wish we could have gone fishing there too but unfortunately they didn't allow us since the fish are still few in numbers. The food in their restaurant are excellent with reasonable prices. I had the best Kansi there! Will definitely come back.

A nice and relaxing stay”
We didn't really end up venturing into Iloilo city centre, which may have been fun. However, we did enjoy a very relaxing time, which is exactly what we needed for a weekend away. The staff were helpful, friendly and polite. I'd stay again.

A Picturesque Home away from Home”
It was a nice experience. My family loves the Casita. The Casitas are big, complete with amenities (robes, towels, hairdryers, mini ref, tv, etc) The veranda outside is good for chilling. We saw that the pool and lagoon are being cleaned regularly. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They need to plant more citronella or neem plant though as there were mosquitoes who bit our daughter. Road leading to the resort needs to be fixed, there were humps every 10 seconds.

Relaxing and charming hotel”
Although this hotel is a little far from Iloilo City or Molo, it has a nice atmosphere and is relaxing with lovely pool. The lake provides an interesting outlook and, surprisingly, there were no mosquitos. The room was spacious with super comfy, big bed, although the duvet was a little too thick! There were not many vegetarian options on the menu, but the food was good, if heavily loaded with garlic. A few things didn't work quite properly, such as the phone, the kitchen when the electricity was off one evening, no hot water in the shower, but overall a pleasant stay. N.b. I also stayed at the Urban Sands and preferred this hotel and setting, even if it's a bit far out.

the resort is a bit out of the way, but is beautifully designed and landscaped with a great clean pool. the casita rooms are very modernly furnished with the aircon, the cable TV and the internet worked great. the food was great value.

For a much needed peace & quiet”
Our room was clean and big. Their facilities were clean and quite good as well. I think this place is perfect for those people who want to get away from the crowded and noisy city. The staff were very hospitable and attentive; they catered to our every need. Over all, we had a great stay in this resort.

Perfect for staycation!”
It is perfect for our little getaway from the city and it's not even that far away. I just wish that they have a vehicle (coaster, van or anything, really) that would transport guests from the gas station (landmark) to the resort. The place is great. It's relaxing, quiet and the food is divine. But maybe the staff needs a little hospitality training (the receptionist gets an A++ for being extra helpful - love her). Service is everything especially if you charge extra for it. Over-all - it's great.

Wonderful staycation”
Me and my family stayed there overnight and we had a great time especially the children as they truly enjoyed the pool. Our room was clean, we had comfortable beds and the breakfast was good. The resort staff were also friendly and accomodating. We will surely visit and stay next time.

Sheridan with my family”
When we checked in the staff wer not smiling, worst part when we went inside the room the aircon was not working fine, i kept on calling the Front dest to follow up but their people came after 30 minutes to check, i was so disappointed coz the front desk insisted the aircon ok , good thing they transfered us to another room with a working aircon otherwise i wont go back to sheridan hotel again ever

relaxing stay and attentive staff ”
Great facilities - even though the hotel was opened in October 2012, the is regular upkeep of the facilities. The swimming pool is really nice and child friendly. Note that this hotel is NOT near the sea. Nice option if you like walks on the rural roads during rice growing season. Excellent location to chill and not rush around. The attentiveness and hospitality shown by the staff made the stay truly memorable.

The hotel is soooo beautiful and food was really great. The staff very kind and accommodating . Pool is clean and tempting. The only thing missing is to have a phone inside the room so I don't have to walk to d reception or to the resto to order

Exceptional”
Room was great. Service was awesome. Food a little pricey but we didn't mind. The overall experience and vibe made up for it. Our daughter loved the pool. The boat, the river and fishes. Value for money at it's best. I love this place. We will definitely come back.

The resort is very exclusive with a very nice ambiance. But there were a lot of mosquito especially at night which we hope will be taken care of the next time we visit:)

Disappointment after Disappointment ”
I checked in late around 9pm tired and hungry. Expecting an excellent service because the hotel had good reviews and was on the expensive side, I was shock to learn that their restaurant was already close and there was no room service. I had to go out of the resort to have dinner. The next morning I was shaving in the lavatory which had a big framed mirror and a small shaving mirror. i was positioning the shaving mirror when the whole big framed mirror suddenly collapse and destroyed the faucet on the lavatory , i was able to hold on the mirror which would have hit me . I was very lucky I was able to push the mirror to rest it on the wall and on the lavatory ledge. Shocked, I called up the front desk and the maintenance personnel came and place the mirror framed on the floor and left. Next i was was in the shower and turned on the water. Water came out of the lower faucet but when i turned the knob to the rain shower almost no water came out. Called the front desk and again they sent their maintenance personnel. The repair consist of just removing the rain shower head and just leaving the pipe exposed. Water did come out. Next i had instructed to have my breakfast served around 7:45 in the morning. it was lated because it came around 8:30. What so frustrating is that nobody apologized for any of the incidents or at least feign a little concern for what had happened. Finally, I would’nt recommend anybody to stay ther

Had an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Upgraded our room without extra charge. Food was okay, bit pricey. Loved the pool -- it's not that deep. Can reach the bottom with my toes hehe :)
