Old City restaurant is very good. Airport limousine from hotel is very convenient. Unluckily, my child has lost his plush Olaf. He left his Olaf under the blanket in the room in the morning, but when we returned to our room. Olaf was nowhere to be found. The hotel staffs searched the linen room and our room too, but didn't find our doll.

Great location but fell short”
Firstly, this is second time in shiba park hotel. The staffs were GREAT as usual. But unfortunately, why I gave this 4 instead of 5 was becoz of the smelly room. I’m not sure it’s the Aircond or what, it smells quite bad

The location is superb, near Daimon station and JR yamanote line Hammatsucho station. Nearby so many eateries. It is very near to Tokyo Tower. The hotel is also very clean and spacious. Good for family with kids.

Shiba Park hotel will take care of you”
Thank you so much to the staff of Shiba Park Hotel. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We wouldve extended here but sadly we booked a non refundable hotel so we have to leave. Location was great. 3 convenience stores outside the property. Train station about 5-8 minute walk.

Depend on you are in new building or old building ”
New building name 155 rooms are all new and modern. I was giving a room in old building 1st , it was dated and the cleanliness was not up to Japanese standard then I was giving an option to stay in new building but need to pay $5000 yen per room. I took the option.

Hotel is a bit off the shopping haven of shinjuku, but still convenient. And the whole shiba park is peaceful, not like the bustling shinjuku. Hotel is great. Ample space and very clean. Staffs are great

Comfortable stay ”
We were offered the option of moving to a different room with softer mattress as the original room has mattress which were too hard for us and this enabled us to get good sleep. Staff are very friendly n and helpful. Didn’t try the breakfast so cannot comment on that, location is perfect for the train, within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Super clean and calm hotel in Tokyo”
Had a 5 day stay and were very pleased with the calm and silet location. Very nice and helpfull staff. close to Tokyo tower and transportation. Very good and fast connections to Haneda and Narita airport but still in town. Allthogh not many facilities to be a four star hotel in the central parts of Tokyo. A large bar would be nice, perhaps a Gym and/or a relax would be apropriate... Happy with my stay but next time i would eather stay in Asakusa where the anviroment is more "lively" or at a hotel with more facilities. But had a very nice stay and do not regret that I choosed the hotel Perfect when you are tired and with your family ! Superb internet connection no problem streaming HD TV from europe.

embarrassing experience”
I had a problem with my skin after using certain products provided by the hotel. However, the hotel ended its response, saying that there was nothing they could do until the doctor's diagnosis was verified at the hospital. There may be circumstances that can't be helped, but I felt that the consideration was very lacking.

My daughter is considering attending a university in Tokyo. We scheduled interviews in December, during winter break. We checked online and found the Shiba Park Hotel. I've worked in the hotel industry for twenty two years and I was pleasantly surprised at the professional and friendly service we received. From the moment we arrived in the lobby to nine days later, an expedient check out, we were treated with extreme courtesy. The location was very convenient to trains and various dining choices. We will certainly stay at the Shiba Park Hotel when we visit our daughter when she returns to Tokyo in August 2010 for college.

Shiba Park Hotel, Tokyo -- Best Japan Hotel Ever!”
Best features were practically all of it! I'm only 18 years of age, and my friend is 17, and we felt like our hotel was sanctuary, and it definitely felt homey and comfortable. It's a beautiful building, and the hotel staff are extremely wonderful and helpful in every way. The room cleanings are done quickly and without the risk of disturbing or misplacing your personal objects and items, and I trust the staff a lot. It is also located by Onarimon Station, which is the simplest train station to take and it's only 2 blocks from the hotel. Perfect for getting around quickly, and going to and from the building. Also, if arriving from Narita airport, an airport limousine can take you directly to Shiba Park Hotel. It is fast and simple to reach your hotel, and the limousines are the best way to get to Shiba Park Hotel with only a cost of 3,000 Yen (about $30 CAD). There was never a bad moment!

Always a good stay”
Another great stay at shiba park this is my second time and the staff are always so friendly probably the most well located hotel in tokyo its close to everything and the resturaunts in the area are amazing for all price ranges not to mention the hotel itself hosts a michilin star degustation i also like the cleanliness and the fact that every floor has a vending machine that sells beer water and coffee!!! The staff are always willing to go out there way and made a huge difference to our great holiday!!

Absolutely wonderful hotel stay. Looked after us so very well. Our flight was delayed and staff were still there later to greet us like we had arrived on time! Awesome service at all stages of the hotel - restaurants, concierge, all questions answered, just brilliant. Have already started planning our next trip back to Tokyo and Shiba Park will be our destination without any doubt. Thoroughly recommend to everyone. So clean, so pleasant, just a great hotel to stay at. Ideal for business travellers, older couples and families - perfect location with access to everything needed.
