"I sincerely recommend Guest House Suzukaze. It is a nice guesthouse with good owners. I was living in a single room which i can try tatami and the room is very neat. There are share toilet and bathroom and they are clean and tidy too. There is a restaurant at around 5 minutes walk where you can try local Japanese food. I was having bicycle trip and the next day when I had to go from guesthouse to Kagoshima, the owner gave me a raincoat as there was heavy rain. Owners can speak very good english and it is easy for foreigners to communicate with. However, it is really quite far away from the main city. If you have a car or bicycle, it is easier for you to go there to enjoy the silent and rural area of Kyushu!"
