A short walking distance from the airport limousine bus and shibuya train station. Very near Hatchiko! We pass by the memorial everyday. A lot of food choices in Marks City and the nearby area. Even the famous Ramen Nagi is walkable.. Several shopping options..The biggest Don Quijote branch is in the area too. Uniqlo, Ikea, Zara, Onitsuka, etc. Its my 2nd time to stay here while in Tokyo. This time they gave us a room with a view of the shibuya crossing! By the way, this hotel has a scenic elevator that gives a view of the shibuya crossing. Love our stay here and will be back soon! Note: The hotel is also environmentally conscious.

Super convenient location. Bus stop, Subway, JR station right next to the hotel. Super market, Shopping malls right below. Can't get anymore convenient that this. Room size is reasonable. Breakfast buffet is yummy and has may selection. First time staying here and very impressed.

This hotel has excellent location! Right on the Tokyo crossing! Our view was of the crossing! So beautiful! We ended up extending our stay and the reception staff were so lovely and easily accomodating and keeping us in our same room so we didn’t need to change. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I return!

Fantastic Centrally Located Hotel in the Heart of Shibuya”
If you're a first-time traveler to Shibuya, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better option to be in the center of the action than the Excel Hotel. It's situated with a nice view of the Scramble, it's located in a multi-story shopping, dining, and train complex, and it is within walking distance of Yoyogi Park, Harijuku, and just a train ride away from Akihabara and Shinjuku. As our homebase for our first week in Japan, it was an excellent way to slowly ramp up our confidence of staying in the country and getting acclimated.

Super convenience location with a nice view room”
I am glad that i choose this hotel. I travelled with my best friend and the hotel arranged a room on ladies floor with panorama view of the busiest Shibuya Dogenzaka, I enjoyed watching it day and night. Besides the twin dressing tables is definitely a credit. Airport bus to Haneda is just outside the hotel lobby. We enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Hotel is opposite Shibuya station. Above the Mark City Mall. U can enter the hotel via 1st or 3rd floor of the Mall. Room & toilet are spacious. Room has good /bright lighting. Provide electric flask & hair dryer. Turn Right outside of the Mall at 1st floor & walk 2 mins (pass the fruit stall) & cross the road to the JR station for Narita Express To Airport. (Take the lift after ticket gate if u have many luggage)

This is my 2nd time staying and this will always be my hotel everytime I'm in Tokyo. Location is perfect. Has a very own bus stop for the Narita Limousine Bus service so coming and going to the Narita Airport is very convenient. The building is situated at the heart of Shibuya so every shopping, food and forex needs are within reach. Cleanliness is exceptional. The bathroom is spotless. The cleaning maids are trustworthy. The staff are very accomodating. They offer Takkyubin service and they accept credit card payments for that. They have a number of really good english speaking staff The Facilities are wonderful. Every floor has a nice view to the Shibuya crossing. They have 6 elevators so no elevator traffic. lol. The bathroom is big and they have ice machine that offer free ice on every floor!

Incredible Location & Convenient Transport From & To Airports”
This hotel is located atop Mark City, the biggest "mall" in Shibuya and which connects directly to Shibuya Station and is right near the famous Shibuya crossing. You cannot beat it in terms of location and convenience especially since the Airport Limousine buses (the most comfortable and economical way to travel) start and end up at this hotel. The bed was very firm and comfortable although the decor could do with some updating, especially the toilets.
