By far my favorite hotel in the city!”
So far this hotel has been my favorite due to proximity, cleanliness, hospitality, and awesome facilities! When you arrive at Shibuya Station head toward Shibuya Scramble Square exit. Once you get to the Scramble Square bldg 2nd floor, Shibuya Stream hotel has a bridge that connect to Scramble Square (signs showing to hotel.) There was a small outdoor Christmas market that was going on at the 1st floor level and a ton of great food places on the 2nd-4th floor. A Starbucks is also on the 2nd floor. We got a bit lost trying to check in so if your coming from the Scramble Square bldg, take the elevator at Shibuya Stream to the 4th floor, that’s where the reception counter is. Shibuya crossing is only a 7 minute walking distance!

My Fav Hotel In Tokyo”
I continually come back to this hotel. Now with direct walkways to JR Line and Metro Stations - this is really the best located hotel in Shibuya. Tons of restaurants, cafes and food options in the attached Shibuya Scramble mall. Staff is always super helpful and very nice. Never any issues. Rooms are bigger for Tokyo. Always clean. Never any noise issues. a++++++

Hotels in tokyo are usually old, but this hotel has opened in 2019, so the room was very clean! It is right next to JR station, so I recommend you to take a ticket of N'EX or yamanote line.

Best Value / Hotel In Shibuya”
Can not beat the location. Dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and an entire retail mall are just steps away. Rooms are on the bigger side for Japan. Hotel has coin operated laundry service, free wifi, great AC. Views can be incredible. Super close and easy access to Shibuya station. Front desk is always staffed well - can receive deliveries, packages and guests. My fav hotel for the $$ in Japan. A++++

I came here again after covid. Location is perfect and room is clean! They have good facilities for travelers. Each floor has unique facilities. East access from Narita/Haneda airport. Price is reasonable too. I am willing to stay here next time again :)

Clean and modern hotel stay”
We had a wonderful time at Shibuya Stream with the beautiful and modern room which was well cleaned and tidied every day. There's a tub for soaking with free bath salts and heated toilet which was amazing during winter. Check in and out was a breeze and the location is right smack at Shibuya station. Will recommend friends and families, and will definitely stay there again. :)

Great location if you're working with Google”
I had a business trip to the Google office in Shibuya, Tokyo. This hotel is in the same building as Google, so you literally just take the elevator down from your room to the hotel lobby, and take another elevator to the Google lobby and work from there. Even if you're not working with Google, the Shibuya station is very nearby, and the way from the hotel to the station is covered so even if it rains, you can reach the station with a roof over your head. The hotel provides a laundry room you can use (400 yen wash, detergent not needed since the washer provides it, 100 yen dry per 20 min). And the hotel provides all the toiletries (brush, toothpaste, towels, shaving tools) so you don't have to worry about bringing too much yourself.

Clean, near everything”
This hotel was clean and one of the bigger rooms (still small for U.S. standards) but the overall experience was great. The staff was amazing. The breakfasts were just ok - I didn't think the price for what they offered was worth it but we only took advantage of breakfast one day. It's walking distance to the subways and trains. I will definitely stay here again.

Best location for shopping and food. Everything is but a few minutes walk including the train stations. The staffs are all friendly and very helpful. Our corner room had an awesome view and the cleanliness of the room is top notch. You walk in and the room Smells clean and no odors. I would love to come back again!
