spent christmas until new year and our stay was amazing! we arrived almost midnight & there was no hassle checking in. there’s a water dispenser so no problem when u need make ramen or coffee. room is comfy, just ask help from front desk if u don’t have wifi router in ur room. location is very good, there’s family mart & mc donalds nearby. a few steps away from the train station. very near shibuya crossing & hachiko. thank u & we will stay here again!

Located just next to bic camera. If you come by JR with heavy big luggages, take the elevator to first floor (locals are too busy to take the elevator, they all take the stairs instead), both hachiko gate or south gate is ok, no stairs on the way from JR platform to hotel. 29' suitcase can be opened without the excessive space under the bed. Self check-in machine with staffs assistance, luggage can be kept at the counter. Really useful amenities at the elevator. Water dispensers at your floor.

Best thing about this hotel is the location. The room we stayed in was small as expected in Tokyo, but you are so central and close to the famous shibuya crossing and a short walk from Harajuku… what’s not to love

The price that we paid for a family twin bed was very good for the location. The accommodation is what I expected being that it is Tokyo. I expected room and the bathroom to be small. The staff are very friendly and are able to speak English. I would stay here again.

Location was perfect. The place was clean. Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was a bit small but I guess that’s normal for hotels in the city. I would stay again here though. Location is very convenient. There was a bus stop just right in front of the hotel. Train stations are closeby.

We stayed only for 1 night, but wished to stay more. We enjoyed the view from 13th floor room. It is right next to Miyashita and close to Famima and all the shopping areas. Staff were very nice and the room was very clean.

Great location in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to Shibuya station exit B2. Delicious breakfast. Staff is wonderful, they helped us send our luggage to Haneda airport. Room is a bit small and outdated, but overall, we recommend this hotel.

First timer to Tokyo important to note. I have given 5 stars to all recommendation. Ideal for both family, couples and friends traveling. Value for money - advance booking at the best rate. Location - 5 mins walking distance to train stations. Cleanliness - Hotel is clean, bedding are fresh, toilet is well supplied with toiletries, room have big project screens and progress on YouTube and Netflix is available. You can choose to watch what you like. Staffs - are welcoming and warm. Facilities - walking distances to shops, convenient shops, mall and eateries. Easy access and not difficult to find. Strongly recommended!

I really liked this hotel. It was right across the street from the train station, a quick walk to Shibuya crossing. Clean and very reasonably priced. The room was a little hot though, that was the only thing I didn’t like.

Honestly id consider this a bit pricey but it's well worth it!! Literally walking distance to everything u save a lot of time and money on transpo. The staff was also super nice and the room was always clean. Pro tip: they give u free pyjamas so u can cross that off ur list and save up some luggage space!! And their breakfast is also really good!! Overall lovely stay will stay here again when i come back
