Fantastic hotel. Friendly and attentive staffs. Staffs able to speak English, very helpful. Room is clean and huge. The only issue is the showering is within the bathtub, which is troublesome for someone who just need to take a quick shower. Window are openable electronically.

I have stayed for14 days. I think The price is reasonable and THe Staffs are very friendly to us. We can have ice every day while we stayed. I highly recommend this Shilla Hotel Jeju.

When we travel around Korea we like to stay in this hotel. It is cozy, clean, has simple modern design. Only if it had a rooftop swimming pool as Shilla Stay in Busan, it would be better. Location is good not far from the airport.

Convenient location and great breakfast spread”
It is right in the downtown of Jeju city, with many public buses right in front of the hotel. It is convenient to go different parts of Jeju island. The hotel could have been maintained better as the room has broken side table, side lamp and also the shower head cannot be firmly mounted. The breakfast spread was surprising and one of the things we look forward to everyday.

Great location ”
Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the airport and few minutes walk to eateries & shops. Room is neat & modern. TV programs are predominantly in Korean ☹️, not tourist-friendly.

Budget friendly but rooms can be cleaner”
Staff services were amazing. They spoke English very well and were super accommodating and patient despite the constant large influx of guests. The location is very convenient as it’s walkable to many shopping and restaurants. A city bus stops in front of the hotel that brings you directly to and from the airport. Parking was tighter compared to the US but they had staff directing flow and is comparable to many South Korea parking. The hotel lobby spaces were modern, clean and updated. The rooms are the only downside.I am use to cleaner hotel rooms and they really do need to update the rooms. There’s very noticeable stains on the walls and furniture. The bathroom tiles really needs some thorough scrubbing.There’s also an odd odor the resonates in the room that I can’t put my finger on. A positive of the room is that the AC was fantastic and the space was huge!

Downtown hotel”
Excellent location for shopping and eating. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking. Close to airport. For me, the only problem is the air conditioning! In Winter, hotel only have the heating mode activated, plus a very good quality of down quilt, I can't sleep well throughout the night. Tried to open the window but I can hear the noise (music from a nightclub, people conversation and cars) from outside clearly. Maybe it's better stay here in Summer!

Located in city, good for foreign visitores. Many restaurants were near the hotel. Room was not spacious for us. Parking lot was also small. Good smell from beddings. Nice staffs. Shower head was not holded well, so water spread to whole toilet..

Stay in Shilla for 3 D2N. Last minute booking due to poor weather conditions that cannot fly. Surrounding have a lot of restaurant. Room is a bit small if stay with family. Toilet door do not have lock.
