Didn't expect to find such a quality hotel with this price! Just next to the station. Very helpful service, value for money and have everything around. Nice room and relatively large. My only complaint is, I found hair in the towel I never used.

Simple, Clean, Value & Good Location”
We booked a triple room, room space is ok, the bathroom is tiny but good enough. Very Clean. The location is very good. You can find many restaurants around. Tokyu Hand, Hashino Coffee, Mos Burger, Mcd...... is just next door. Kaidi Coffee is on the ground floor. The Esaka Subway is only 100m away. We traval to Saitonishi, Umeda, Namba, Shinsaibashi, Arashiyama, Kyoto, Sayamaike, Rinku Town, Univesal studio... all from the subway. We have a good stay.

Very convenient location but small room”
the esaka tokyo inn is a good option if you need or want to stay in northern osaka. there are many supermarkets, restaurants and shops, and a great bakery near the hotel. the room was small (as is typical for a japanese business hotel) but very well cleaned every day. we stayed there with our two-year, so it was a little cramped. on the plus side, the subway entrance is only minutes away and being on the midosuji line is convenient for visiting places like banpaku koen and mino and to get to shin-osaka.

Convenient location, near MRT with "Lift" ”
It was 5 of us, my husband, older son 15, younger daughter 3 and my dad. It was convenient location, a few step from Subway with has "lift" facility, convenient for luggages and stroller. Lots of local shops around with 24 hours family mart & fast food restaurant. The room is clean with daily make up & towel change every day. Room size is decent for japanese double bed 1.4m standard but the toilet consider quite spacious. I will stay in REI hotel, Esaka if I am back to Osaka and would recommend this hotel.

Great location with good service”
Tokyu Inn is right smack beside the Esaka Subway station. It is very convenient as it is one the same line as Shin-Osaka station. If you are travelling via Shinkansen to Osaka, Shin-osaka station is one of the stops you can alight. The room was clean and staff service was good. Highlight was when my friend left his iPad in the hotel after checkout, and after we called back, they dispatched the iPad to our next location. Very honest.

Hotel 30 min outside of Kyoto ”
The hotel is older and needs to be updated, but it's clean and staff is friendly and attentive. I happened to visit Kyoto on a busy weekend and was unable to get a hotel in town. Esaka Tokyu Inn is not far from Kyoto, so I booked it. The windows in the hotel do not open. And if you turn on the air conditioner in the room, it's controlled, so you don't have a choice on the temperature. During the winter they have the heat and the summer they have cold air. I was stayed at the hotel towards the end of November and I was only able to get heat and could not open the window. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking to the hotel from the station late at night. The neighborhood was lively at around 10p with plenty of people on the street. If you book from Agoda, they automatically charge your credit card. I would have preferred paying cash, but I had to settle with the credit card.

Great Location with subway access”
The hotel is less than 5 min to osaka subway midosuji line (Esaka station) . This line can lead to various famous station eg: Shin-Osaka/ Namba / Umeda station. Very convienent for food, restaurant pharmacy/drug store where u can buy many beauty products.

Nice hotel in nice area”
I stayed with my wife in Shin-Osaka because we couldn't find a place in Kyoto to stay. It is about 5 minutes to the subway station (which is two stations from Shin-Osaka, where we took the Shinkansen). The area has several restaurants and groceries stores. The staff was nice and the room was very clean. The only con is that it didn't have many power outlets, but nothing we couldn't work with.

Easy to find this hotel. So many resturance, convenient store,supermaket around the hotel. So closed to the subway station "ESAKA" just only 100 meters and 2 station from Shinkansen. Although the room quite small but it's OK for 2 adults and 1 child . From my opinion this hotel match with traveller who want to go to Osaka Castle, Universal city and Kaiyukan Osaka . My family loved this hotel

Stay in Shin Osaka Hotel”
We stayed 1 night in Shin-Osaka Tokyu Inn, but got good impression as well as stay experience. The staff was friendly even with so-so English. The staff response was quick. The room was clean. The efficient thing for travel is the hotel is located close to train station. And also close to shopping and local restaurants. Internet connection was fast.

The hotel is neae Esaka subway which 2 stop to Shin Osaka while to Kyoto.hotel is clean and free wifi, around hotel have alot local Japanese food like bbq, , Steamboat and it so yummy. Well local fast food Mos burger also nearby hotel and my favorite fast food too.

Accommodating hotel in north Osaka”
The Shin-Osaka Tokyu Inn is a standard Japanese type business hotel, nothing too special but very clean and the staff is also very accommodating. There is also Wi-Fi internet offered free of charge despite it not being advertised on the hotel's website. One thing that is a misleading is the name of the hotel. The hotel is not near to Shin-Osaka station as the name would suggest. It is actually at close to Esaka station, two stops away north of Shin-Osaka station and therefore is situated in a much quieter but also slightly boring part of Osaka.

Very comfortable”
The hotel is easy to locate at Esaka Station, just a few seconds walk to reach. Check-in was a breeze and there is a supermarket, lifestyle store and tax-free drugstore at the building. Room is very clean and the cleaner arranges a pot of water for our drinking everyday.

Great location”
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The counter service staff were very helpful. Liked the excellent location... Tokyu hands, Diaso, ABC mart.. all just next block.. The hotel has a special Ta-q-bin service which we use to send a luggage to be picked up at the airport (same day delivery). They charge only 1,500 yen per luggage and that enables us to do lots of shopping nearby. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant as there were lots of eateries nearby. It is also convenient if one wants to visit the Expo garden.... by taking the subway and change to the monorail.

Excellent location near to train station”
Best part of the hotel was the extremely close proximity to Esaka Station, which is along the Midosuji Line (where Umeda & Namba station are). Nice food joints around the hotel too. Room was a little tiny for a couple even though I got the Double Deluxe, after opening my luggage there was literally no space to walk, but that’s quite common for hotels in Japan. Other than that, the room was really clean. Didn’t really use the facilities so can’t comment. Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

Accessible even on crutches!”
I only stayed two nights not long after I broke my foot. I needed to get to work and it was very close to a subway station - which also had lifts. There were nice places to eat, shopping areas and supermarkets nearby and the ride to Osaka station was only 14 minutes. It had a beautiful entrance hall (after you got to the second floor where reception was) and the staff were very friendly and spoke some English. They have eco friendly programs on so that you don't have to have your sheets changed every day - they'll just tidy your room - and you can also hand in counters at the front desk to stop them throwing out the bathroom toiletries when you haven't used them. It has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair brush, tooth brush and tooth paste, and much more so you that if you stay on a spur of the moment you'll be fine! I never ate there but I'm sure that its as good as the rest of the hotel.
