stayed here for the 2nd time, very nice location , although the facilities a bit dated but our purpose is for bed to sleep and bathroom to use during our stay , we are always out early morning and back late at night.. hotel is good for its price

Great Views”
This hotel is a little worn out compared to some of the other nearby options, but the view makes up for it. You have an amazing view of the entire downtown area. In fact, you can open up the window and take a really good picture. The room itself is a little dated, but it is what is it. It was also nice that there was a gym within the same building. The hotel does provide a parking discount for the onsite parking faculty. Overall, if I got a good deal I'd consider returning.

Nothing deal breaking, everything was pretty clean and staff were helpful. You get what you pay for kind of deal. Best part is in its location, right out of shin-osaka station central exit is barely a 5 minute walk to the hotel, great for when you're going to other prefectures often.

5 minutes walk to Shin Osaka station, very convenient. I could see the station and tracks from my room, which is delightful. The sound of trains passing by could also be heard at night, not noisy though. Suitable for those who look for a room to stay a night due to late flight arrival, or for business trip. (Some, idk) staff at front desk couldn't speak english.

5 to 7min walk from the Shin-Osaka Station (my preferred exit was the station's Central Exit). The hotel doesn't seem that new though. I didn't use the amenities or opt for breakfast.

Good price, loud at night”
The price is right! It's relatively near the station. Maybe 5 min walk? Location is ok. The room isn't too small and I loved the view. I did notice the desk had a few stains/previous usage spots, but it was clean other than that. Also, at night, I can hear other guests' rooms or something because there was loud noises at night and I can normally sleep through that but I woke up. I would recommend this if you are on a tight budget and don't mind the bare minimum. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was Excellent! Japanese and Western items available and good selection of foods! Breakfast was worth it
