"1. Staff are very nice and helpful. 2. The room is big enough. 3. The view of the town from the hotel window during morning is great. 4. Facilities are a bit old except the TOTO Washlet. 5. DHC shampoo, hair conditioner and body shampoo are provided. 6. The breakfast is yummy and the choices are varied. 7. In consideration of not having many restaurants in Shingu, the restaurant in the hotel can help you. 8. Just a personal opinion: I prefer coin laundry than outside laundry service. 9. Plastic slippers should be replaced as the paper ones."

"There were not too many choices when I searched for hotels in Shingu. We picked this hotel since we arrived late upon check-in and needed to find a hotel with restaurants serving until late. However it was a bit far away from JR station and bus stop. On the other hand, it turned out to be a nice and relaxing walk when we walked to the station on the 2 days we stayed in Shingu. The hotel was good in general, the room was spacious but a bit old fashioned. Breakfast was simple but good with standard items like Japanese dishes, coffee and thick toasts."
