Easy access to city”
The host was really helpfull and giving clear instruction how to get to her aprtment. Alot of shops just across the road. Easy to find halal food and groceries. 5 mins walk to shin-okubo station and 10 mins walk to okubo station. The aprtment is abit small would be good for a couple. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Near Korea Town”
The owner was very nice and friendly. We never get to meet her personally but she assured us that our stay will be comfortable. The place was nice. It was within the Korea town hence the establishments around it are nearly dedicated to Kpop. The location is pretty ideal because it’s near Don Quijote, convenience stores, and other food establishments. It was also situated between Shin Okubo and Yamanote station so commuting either way is okay. The only drawback is the space of the apartment. It was kinda tight. But I guess we just had difficult because we were bringing big luggages. The room would have been ideal for those who are only carrying backpacks. Overall, the apartment is good.

If you want a busy street, this is for you”
The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the subway lines (esp Shin-Okubo). The neighborhood is quite busy, but there are many cheap food options available. The apartment was nice and comfy. The host is a bit slow to respond. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Location is excellent. 1 stop away from Shinjuku. Plenty of restaurants close by. We’ve requested for more towels and they’ve kindly bought new ones for us. The room is pretty small compared to picture so I wouldn’t recommend for families travelling with Children. More suitable for solo or couple travellers. It would have been ideal if there’s a drier to dry the clothes but since the room is so small I didn’t dare to do a load of washing as there’s no place to hang your clothes.

The place is in a good location - about 5 minutes' walk from Shin Okubo station in Shinjuku. But the place itself is tiny - we felt we were living in a shoebox. It's suitable for 1 person, perhaps 2 if one of you sleeps on the floor, as the bed is quite small. Neighbor next door was very loud - watching movies or playing music at 2 am, which was annoying.

Cockroach Infestation”
Two of my friends and I stayed at this property for ONE NIGHT because as soon as we entered the apartment, we realized it was INFESTED with COCKROACHES. We bought two cans of cockroach spray, with our own money, and spent the night spraying everything that moved. We slept for 3 hours all in the same bed, with the lights on to ward them off. We had to find another place to stay as the conditions were horrible. There was also a bit of black mold in the bathroom on the sink. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

交通方便，週邊熱鬧，屋內空間偏小”
1.交通方便：到新大久保或大久保站都很近，即使也不到5分鐘。 2.週邊熱鬧：出巷口左右都是餐飲店，對面則是唐吉軻德和業務超市，往新大久保的另一邊，則是韓國街。 3.屋內有洗衣機、衛浴用品、鍋子餐具（餐盤2個）、吹風機（只有冷風）、衣架等設備物品。 4.屋內整體空間較不適合4人居住，沙發床一展開完全無落腳處，且沙發床很難睡，骨架突出、上下不平，即使多鋪一層被子也無法改善。 5.建議最多2大1小（可以一起睡床）住就好，不然會影響睡眠品質也會影響出遊精神。

전화안받고 청소는 안해주고 서비스는 없었어도 모든 비용을 청구했다. 부당한 청구에대해 환불을 요청하고우리가족이 숙소를 찾지못해 불안하게했던것에대한 피해 보상을 요구한다”
장점: 위치적절 단점: 결재후에도 정확한 주소를 가르쳐주지않고 홍보메일만 보내다가 숙소입장시간 한시간30분 뒤에 독촉메세지를 많이 보낸뒤에 겨우 주소 지번을 보내줌. 정확한 주소 지번을 보냈다고 했지만 나의 메세지에는 홍보메세지밖에는 오지 않았다. 청소는 한번도 하지 않았고. 전화는 안받음. 서비스는 없었지만 서비스 이용료와 청소비용을 미리 청구했다.
