Good hotel at best location”
The hotel is right in kabukicho, Shinjuku. Good and clean hotel and friendly helpful staff. Room is of decent size with all facilities. Good view of nearby Shinjuku and further greater Tokyo city. Just for personal comfort the bed mattress is a bit of soft side. That is a bit uncomfortable to people like me with back problem. Most other hotels in Shinjuku normally have firmer beds. However, the other factors help to alleviate this discomfort.

Highly recommended stay in Tokyo”
Visited Tokyo during winter, I really appreciate the warm hotel room & shower room, instant heater & water tap (always at the appropriate temp). Note: These were some stuff which not all Airbnbs can provide. This hotel provided good quality shampoo, conditioner & body gel (Pola brand) and their house brand of face and hand soap. Edit3 by Yitengjiujiu: the water pressure by the shower head, considering we are on the 18th floor, is fantastic. There is an air purifier/ humidifier in the room. Though room is not too big (15sqm which houses a double bed), it accommodates 2 pax well. Shinjuku Prince Hotel has many rooms so the chance of early check in is high. The building is easily recognisable as the tall red brick building in the vicinity. Nearest metro exit is Shinjuku Station, east exit B13, hotel is a short walk away. Note: Shinjuku station is crowded, large & has many exits. May be easier to walk outdoors & rely on Google map if you are unable to locate exit B13. Our room 1839 had a direct view of the Godzilla on top of Toho cinema. Other pros of this hotel includes proximity to the Shinjuku station (where you can board the bus to the airport), great pillow height & hardness and comfy bed. The sound proofing is not the best as we can hear the sirens from the road and also our neighbours. We had a minor issue with the room TV and the hotel staff was super apologetic and went above and beyond to handle it. Recommend to check out the ramen & food street (Omoide Yokocho) near hotel . Note these local eateries are narrow and may involve narrow steep steps to reach the place.

The room was recently renovated. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has nice restaurants or you can try the hundred or so just out the front door in Kabukicho. The hotel is directly on top of the Siebu Shinjuku train station and 5 minutes walking from the main Shinjuku station. Highly recommended!

Great location by station ”
I had two goals stay close to the station to use my JR pass and to be close to Shinjuku to enjoy the night life and bars. This place was the best for those two things. Shinjuku can be lively so I choose a high floor to be away from the noise, the staff even provided us free water bottles every day too. The rooms are small like most Tokyo hotels but this was one of the few hotels in Shinjuku that offered queen size beds. For the price it was a good time.

Restaurants, shopping, train station are all so close to the hotel. Of course the rooms are much smaller to American hotels and that too the washroom is almost like the one you find in the flights plus a mini tub. Staff are very helpful. Good value for money.

Hotel is just 5-7mins from Shinjuku Station East Exit. Near to all shopping, eateries. Convenient. Room is really small with hardly any space to open 2 luggages at the same time. Despite this, we had good night sleep, like the bed which is not too soft, requested for extra pillows. Bath gel, shampoo, hair dryer and room slippers provided. We are out the whole day so ok with the small room which we used mainly for sleeping. No time to use the TV in the room!

This hotel was in a perfect location, close to transport, shops and many many restaurants. It wasn't the biggest room but we weren't in the room much anyway, only to sleep! Very clean and nice staff.

This is our second time to stay in this hotel. Location is great near.. mcdonalds, don qui, 7-11, have a GU in its building. Walking distance to JR station and bic camera, yodobashi and more. Breakfast is ok. Room is small but it depends on what type you choose. There is wifi and free bottled water everyday of your stay. There is vendo machine with drinks on our floor together with an ice machine. Shower is great. Toilet amenities smell good. Alot more plus points. Would stay here again if Shinjuku area.
