Clean room clean shower, and toilets, with water bottles provided, staff spoke English. Conveniently located next to a Family Mart. Lobby was clean as well. Highly recommend it

If you do not need a in-house onsen, this is a hotel that I will recommend. The room is clean and well equipped, and it locates just in front of the beach and the Shirahama Ginza is just at the back the hotel where you can find plenty of restaurants. The hotel staff is helpful and recommended two restaurants to us which is exceptional good and value for money. By the way, there is a traditional onsen right in front of the hotel where the local goes to

My friend and I wanted an affordable hotel that we could spend four nights at the first week of September. We were looking for a good location near the beach and a clean place with a comfortable bed and private toilet and shower. Shinnishiki Hotel provided all that plus a very helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay. We hope to go back with our grandkids.

I’m a solo traveller. I stay here for 1 night. I’ve booked a single room but staff upgrade to twin room for me. Staff speak English well. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel. If I come to Shirahama again I’ll stay here for sure.

Close to beach and convenient store”
It’s a good size room with comfortable clean beds. There is a balcony as well. It’s close to the road but suprisingly not noisy. Staff is friendly and informative

白浜温泉で安いホテルを探していました。 土日なのでどうしても高くなるのは仕方ないですが、ツインでこの価格ならばまたプライベイトでも使わせてもらいたいと思いました。

バス移動に便利な白浜バスセンター停留所に近く、お手頃価格だったので利用させていただきました。シングルの部屋はありませんが、ツインの部屋で受け入れしてくれました（夏場は無理かも）。チェックイン前の荷物預かりも快く引き受けていただきました。スタッフさんも優しく親切です。 温泉地なのにバス付きの部屋はユニットバス、バストイレ無しのお部屋は共同の小さなお風呂です。大浴場はありません。でも、公衆浴場の白良湯が至近で、お宿のタオル・バスタオル・ボディシャンプー・リンスインシャンプーは持って行って良いそうです。ただ、容器がでかいので、それを入れられる大きなバッグか、逆にシャンプーの小分け容器を用意するとか工夫が必要（なお、白良湯にはドライヤーがなく設備も古いので、冬場は洗髪だけは宿でしたほうが良いと思いました。知らずに震えながら帰りました）。 食事の提供はありません。近くに24時間営業のスーパーと、コンビニがあり、私はスーパーで必要な飲食物をすべて購入して宿でゆっくりしました。 お部屋備品はTV、電気ポット、加湿機能付き空気清浄機、ドライヤー。ベッド近くにもコンセントがあるのが便利。wifi有。 ひとつだけ、バス時間までロビーで待たせて貰おうと思ったのですが、なぜか煙草臭くて無理でした。それだけが残念でした。

酒店老闆會說流利廣東話，普通話，日語 住宿過程很愉快，坐巴士很方便好找，S14向前行一分鐘，酒店兩分鐘步程有我最愛supermarket及100yen店daiso, 酒店正對面是公營温泉，白濱沙灘! 店東特意提點温泉開放時間，令我們無失預算，隔壁烤肉店美味，下次來白濱都要住這家， 假如無下雨晚上還可放煙花， 老闆很好，知我入住當天生日，送我温泉券兩張，對我而言真係喜出望外， 好人性經營的一家店!! 白濱必然之選

如果大家來白浜旅行，我十分推薦這間酒店。酒店位置就在白良浜旁，在JR站搭巴士只需要15分鐘就到達，附近還有24小時的超級市場、便利店以及食肆酒吧，非常方便。 我們是住在4樓設有露台的房間，房間很大且舒適整潔，打開兩個行李箱還有很多空間，設備亦很齊全，特別是床褥很舒服，住了幾晚都睡得很好。 酒店的老闆及職員態度親切友善，尤其是老闆懂中英日語，溝通完全沒有問題。在此想順道讚揚老闆的幫忙，行程最後一天原本打算乘搭JR到關西機場離開，到達車站才發現JR發生事故要停駛一天，其他離開的方法亦會令我們趕不上航班。無助之際我們返回酒店向老闆求助，老闆知道我們心急如焚，立即放下手上工作親自駕車送我們去機場。最終我們順利趕到機場，實在是非常非常感激他。

Warm and pleasant stay”
酒店鄰近巴士站及超巿，便利店，白濱銀座就在酒店後面，熱情的負責人李先生也推介了極至好的餐廳。 酒店的前面走不用2分鐘就是沙灘，想浸温泉的話，傳統的'白良湯温泉'也就在那，房間及酒店的環境舒適整潔, 比網上的照片好很多，因此是值得推薦的

老闆娘係中國人，識講廣東話，國語，英文，當然仲有日文。佢超nice超friendly，不但針對我地既行程同需要提供建議，仲介紹我地去沙灘玩煙花。 由酒店行去餐廳好近好方便，沙灘就係馬路對面，仲有個浴場係正酒店同沙灘中間。 酒店好乾淨，有露台，有lift，有車位。 下次去，我都會揀呢間！

飯店地置非常好, 明光巴士S14落車, 向前行1分鐘內必到. 對面有family mart, 隔壁不遠有24小時超市, 超市上一層是100円店 (開至晚上8點). 飯店對面就是白良湯浴場, 後面就是水清沙幼的白良濱海灘, 由飯店去景點月円島只用行10分鐘便到, 前行円月島還有一個御船之谷免費足浴池, 一邊浸腳, 一邊看到円月島的日落, 十分寫意

Extremely kind and helpful staff”
Glad that the staff here are very polite, warning and open towards all customers. Our stay here was extraordinarily fun and fulfilling, as the staff went out of their way to recommend nearby attractions and even drove us there, reducing travel time. The hostel itself was also comfy and spacious.
