My place is duplex type. It is the 3rd and 4th floor of the building.There is not an elevator at the building.It is the perfect place for big families or group of friends, because it has 3 bedrooms,3 toilets,2 shower room total space is 120 Square meter(*^^*)
It's 3 minutes from "Nakano Shinbashi" station to my place by walk. It's 7 minutes from the station to Shinjuku station by train.
There are restaurants and bars,convenience store, pharmacy ,supermarket within 1 minute to 10 minute by walk (*^^*)

The place can stay max 16 people. I recommend to stay around 10 people.

Nice place staying with friends or family. Very clean place. Although there’s no heating in the bathroom yet the one in living room is enough to keep us warm.

very close to subway station and quiet place”

It's good to stay with my friends. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets enough for 7people. quiet and clean room, useful beddings(bed and fudong), welcome cookies. I satisfied with everything!

Duplex type apartment ”

This apartment is very convinience location. Nearest station to apartment only a few mins by walk. Also could go shinjyuku 6-7 mins by train. There have many shops and restaurants near by. This apartment is duplex type, also have Tatami room. I enjoyed to stay Tatami room in living room:))
