Wonderful location with great sea view”
The room we have got located on the top floor. We can see great sea view from the balcony and the room size is big enough. The room price is reasonable but the supper buffet is a bit expensive. Hope we can enjoy some discount if we can book it through Agoda.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.”
We were given a corner room which naturally was more spacious. The room was clean. I like especially the bathroom fittings. You can see the hotel uses quality fittings like real ceramic toilet trays, thick glass door in the shower stall/wc and with real chrome trimmings. All in all, I am very impressed with the quality of the hotel.

The hotel is mainly accustomed to Japanese guests; English is haphazard but friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, all with excellent views of the bay. The onsite onsen is very comfortable. There is no gym. The onsite restaurant is reservations-only with the nearest restaurants 2-3 km away, perfectly fine if you have a car or use a taxi. Walking works but it's not scenic. The breakfast is varied and fantastic

RECEPTIONIST on FRONT ”
dealing with booking online is not good to book at this hotel they didnt know how to handle payments easily they dont know what to do when problem come it took a lot of time waiting before checking out so i will say check first your booking number and booking room before entering rooms cery bad smell they will insist you bad smell room then if you want non smoking room they add price on you per room price to high demand too high not good im very dissapointed

Nice hot spring with inside and outside pools. I aware the is an in-door swimming pool but no time to enjoy it. Staff were very nice but with only limited staff could speak English. We were lucky to have one who seems to be an intern where she spoke well in Enghlish and gave us a few suggestions on the attractions round.

Albergo moderno e dotato di numerosi comfort tra cui due onsen. Stanze molto spaziose, specialmente per gli standard giapponesi. Colazione molto ricca con ampia scelta sia per chi volesse fare la colazione continentale, sia per chi volesse provare quella giapponese. Camere pulitissime e personale preparato, preciso e cordiale come nei migliori standard giapponesi.

夏に和歌山観光にて利用させていただきました。夕食は周辺のご飯屋さんを利用し、1泊朝食のみの利用です。 お部屋が広々寛ぐことができ、バルコニーからの眺めがとてもよかったです。大浴場もお洒落で素敵でした！また、大浴場近くの休憩所にはフリードリンクやソファがありリラックスしながら湯上がり休憩をすることができました。 朝食バイキングも種類の多さもほどよくて大満足でした。景観がよく気持ちよく過ごせました！ フロントをはじめ、各スタッフさんの対応もすばらしかったです(^^) プールも利用したかったのですが時期的なこともあってか家族連れが多く、いつまで待っても大混雑で…諦めました笑(*_*) テレビやＱＲコード等で混雑状況などわかるものがあるとありがたいなぁ～と思いました。 このホテルに泊まる前日に和歌山県内の他ホテルを利用したのですが、2泊ともこちらにすればよかったです笑。 和歌山へ行った際にはまた行きたいホテルです！素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

旅行支援を使用して予約を取りたかったのですが上手くできず、一般の予約となってしまいました。 チェックインの際その旨を伝えると現状予約をキャンセルし、旅行支援に切り替えていただけました。 非常に助かりました。（旅行に余裕が出来ました）

ホテルは高台にあり窓からの眺めは最高です。食事はビュッフェスタイルでしたがメニューも豊富で味も満足です。記念日に利用しましたが、毎年の記念日には利用しようかと話しています。
