so caring and well organised service, warm welcoming, well prepared meal for both breakfast and dinner, you can try a traditional Japanese meal here. i booked a room with onsen for 2 people, room are spacious and clean, staffs will help you to prepare your bed during you dinner time. room key can be kept in counter. you can also enjoy their public onsen without extra charges ( but i didnt try tho ) for breakfast and dinner, it's worth for money without a doubt !! They served us with a private room with fresh and good quality of food!! personally think it's a quite good experience in traditional Japanese meal. ( as it's so convenience for tourist to enjoy everything without extra research and in such a relaxing way as they all prepared for you!! for location, very convenience for people who drive. a little walk is needed for one without a car. you can simply get off from bus stop 草原之湯 and have a 10-15 mins walk ( up to the mountain ).

Pros: very polite and helpful hotel staff who rushed out and provided assistance to me once we drove pass the entrance of the hotel. I only spent maybe like 2 mins checking in & out; the hotel room has a very nice sea view and nice room onsen; delicious Japanese meal(dinner & breakfast); quiet location Con: a bit far away from where I was going(Osaka) Sum up: it may not be the perfect hotel, but it's worth staying!!!

Onsen is nice, with the seaview, prefer arriving at late afternoon for sunset view. 10 mins drive to fish market / shopping market (close at 6:30pm) The food is good, breakfast & dinner can make you full; but better you can choose fish market nearby for the meal. The location is only good for traveler with car

Good food and in-room onsen !”

We just stayed in this hotel for one night. The in-room onsen and food are SUPER !! The food are fresh and yummy. You can even have the mountain view and enjoy the sunset in your room. The only bad thing was you can find many mosquito inside the room which makes us can't sleep well.

Service is very nice, but only 2 hot spring can be used which let me a bit disappointed and this information didn't mention in the website. Please improve. Hotel location is bit far away from bus stop. Suggested that storage your luggage nearby JR station or storage in the hotel before you visit here. Overall the service is gd and food is nice! Thanks!

A relaxation hotel”

It was a very relaxation stay. The best thing in this hotel is the in-room hotspring with a sea view. The Japanese style room was intensive and we were able to experience the traditional Japanese cuisine too. Staffs cannot speak proper English, but there is one Mandarin-speaking staff who is very helpful and detailed. Renovation is recommended since the hotel is a bit old.

Generally is quite good, the location is a bit far from the bus stop although they provide free shuttle service. Also, it is a bit too expensive. With such a high price, I will expect a better room.

very bad feeling cause the hotel is very inconvience, sue to travel jam, we delate the chech in times, but the hotel no meal for us and we hungry for whole night. There is no other food in hotel due to hotel resturant close. the importance point is our hotel cost is including the dinner. Moreover, the hotel no one know english, not easy to communicate.

Good service. Very nice English speaking staffs. Good private onsen but small. Very nice sunset view. Yummy traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner.
