Small yet pleasantly surprise stay”
We were so excited seeing free bath salts at the lobby!!! We had done lots of walks before reaching Shizuoka, and before we reached Shizuoka we were actually shopping for bath salts. The room is not too small, cozy and very well maintained. Simple yet adequate breakfast. It's proximity to train station is very convenient for us.

Good location around 5 min from central train station. Clean room with facilities Small sized and cramped room for 3 people but it's a normal size for most of the hotels in Japan Nice and generous staff Lastly, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent Basic Accomodations”
I was vacationing in Shizuoka and stayed here during the cherry blossom season. This was a wonderful no-frills hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is wonderful and incredibly helpful, and the amenities are just right for someone spending more time out of the room than in it. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town!

Rooms were comfortable but small. If you a large suitcase, it would take up most of your floor space. Otherwise, the location and staff were great!

No-frill Hotel with Good Service”
This hotel does not have a glamorous lobby like others, it does not bother us at all. The front desk personnel make effort to greet us almost every time when we walk by. We did not request for housekeeping on some days as we prefer to go green. The housekeeping staff took initiative to prepare new set of mineral water, tea, face mask and towel and placed them outside our door in case we need those items. The hotel serves simple non-buffet style breakfast which in our opinion, minimise wastage and is adequate for any guests. Overall, the hotel had met our needs and we are comfortable with their service.

Great Location near Shizuoka Station”
We stayed a total of 5 nights at this hotel, using it as a base to navigate to the surrounding areas. From Shizuoka Station, walk to the underground linkway near Matsuzakaya shopping mall and exit via the elevator. You would not have to drag your luggages through any staircase. Up at the ground level, the hotel is just a 3 min walk but note there is no covered walkway if there's a heavy downpour. Being near to Shizuoka Station, taking JR Shinkansen or to other tourist spots like Fuji Station is a breeze. The staff at the station's information counter (North Exit) can speak decent English and I managed to hop on a direct bus (bus stop 11 just outside Info Centre) to Nihondaira at 560 yen one way with her instructions. The Sumpu Castle is also within walking distance from this hotel. Shopaholics would have access to many surrounding shopping malls without having to take any public transport. Asty mall has a shop selling traditional and local souvenir products you can't get in Tokyo.

Small but sufficient”
Decent room size with quite spacious bathroom. The hotel itself is quite small, so the lobby area is quite tight. There is a convenient store a few steps away from the hotel and Shizuoka Station is just across the street.

Location, location, location!”
This hotel is perfect if you are on a budget and will be using the train or buses frequently. Located across the street from Shizuoka train station, there are convenience stores, shops and restaurants very near to hotel and in the station. We booked 2 double rooms for 3 people. It is comfortable for a short stay. Especially if you are planning on doing a lot of work or sightseeing for most of the day and just need a place to shower and rest. Cleanliness, staff and amenities are okay. Bed and pillow comfortable.

Convenient location for exploring Shizuoka”
A nice clean no-frills hotel opposite Shizuoka Station which is accessible by the underground walkway about 150m to the right of the hotel. The hotel is also about a 5-10minute walk to the main shopping/eating area, also accessible via the same underground walkway There’s a convenience store to the left of the hotel and a decent Japanese restaurant (with friendly and helpful staff) in between. Just be aware that this is Hotel Prezio (Ekikita) The other Hotel Prezio (Ekinan) is south of the station.

Nice location and Price”
The hotel is very nice location nears train station, a bus station, and a shopping street. You can take the subway from the train station to the hotel. The room is clean, and all the staff is kind. However, some staff can not communicate in English, but you can use Google Translate.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter”
Situé entre les 2 station (JR/Shinkansen de Shizuoka et JR de Shin-Shizuoka) très facile de se déplacer pour visiter Shizuoka et ses environs. Le petit déjeuner est entre 6h45 et 10h au café Pronto (c'est eux qui font le petit déjeuner). Chambre confortable, literie très confortable. J'était au 10e étage et de ma chambre j'entendais les personnes prendre des glaçons au distributeur; ainsi que les clients qui parlaient dans le couloir dans la nuit. Très jolie vue sur la gare de Shizuoka, plutôt silencieuse (côté rue, entendu qu'une alarme)

静岡駅の地上は横断歩道がなかったり歩き難いですが、地下道を行けば上がってすぐです。 コンビニも近くにあります。 ベッドがセミダブルでした。Wi-Fiも快適でした。アメニティも十分です。 このお値段はオトクだと思います。

駅近なのに静かで、部屋もバスルームも清潔。ヘアケア&スキンケア用品がPOLAなのも嬉しい。女性にはスキンケアマスクのサービスあり。シャワー湯量もエアコン風量風向も申し分なし。敢えて云えばエレベータ1台のため、朝食やチェックアウト時に待たされるがイラつくほどでもなく…また泊まります。
