Large, comfy, bright room with great views over city and park. Helpful staff. Only downside was breakfast - nearly half of the items including coffee had run out 15 minutes in and weren't replaced for 20 minutes despite repeated requests from guests.

They takre creditcard $ and cash (only Som) mixed, was good for last day in UZ, early breakfast for early departure at 05.30h was possible. Very good bed Dinner good but to expensive for small servings.

На дворе 21 век. Отель живёт 1985 году. Странно то что платили мы полную сумму хотя остановились всего на 5 часов. Ремонт и чистота страдает. Ковры не чистые, персонал будто не обязаны обслуживать. Хотелось бы чтобы улыбка была рядом. Еда выбор за мтакую сумму Хотелось бы

Excellent location, caring staff, phenomenal breakfast”
I recommend Shodlik Hotel as a convenient and good value place to stay in the centre of Tashkent. It's in a quiet street but still only a few minutes walk from Independence Square, Ali Sher Navoi metro station and several other interesting places. The staff are wonderful, always efficient and friendly with everything I asked. I also rate their breakfast spread very highly - with a large range of choices in a nice dining area, it was a tasty and relaxing start to the day. There aren't too many restaurants nearby but taxis and the metro are cheap and easy to use. I will definitely return here if I can come back to Tashkent one day.
