The best bday i had in my life june 3, 2017. Ilocos tour with my loved ones. Location is the best and the value for money. We had a great 2 days stay at shorestop. Thank you so much till next time. God bless

Great place to unwind & enjoy each others company”
We loved it there. The location is good it's along the highway. However the frequency of the public transport is a big problem. No problem if you have your own vehicle. Also there is a need to indicate the accurate address. Pasuquin is another town away from Laoag City. The address indicated is a deception.. except for this I still highly recommend the place. It has an internet connection too. A secure place as well... we still want to go back and stay.. the staff extends their services for an erands to buy your orders which are available around the vicinity. We ordered the longasiza served to us for a take home. The famous biscocho is nearby too so you get it at cheap price than anywhere else..

We had a nice stay in Shorestop Inn and Restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food is nice although we were not able to try their biscocho. Maybe next time we can.

My stay with Shore Stop Inn”
1. When we checked- in at about 4pm in Dec 25, 2015 the staff told us that the room is not ready(room with car port), that we have to wait until about 5:30PM. She explained that from the email they received from Agoda that we are arriving on Dec 26 and not Dec 25. 2. So they accommodated us to temporarily stay in one of the vacant room in their Inn and finally we were able to transfer to the room with car port at about 5:30PM. 3. This is not a so bad experience but is just a gesture of poor planning which we don't know whether it is coming from Agoda or from the Hotel/Inn itself. Hope this can be improved moving forward. 4. We eat outside since the Inn's restaurant seems closed in Dec 25, so we were not able to check their food in their restaurant.

The entire resort is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was relatively clean. Kubos were sturdy even during a windy weather. Guarantees a restful sleep during the night. The resort was clean, even the common washrooms were gleaming. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Offers the cheapest rates but the best accommodations.

Everything is good for the price. It has heater. The room is big. The place is quiet and clean. I will recommend this for travellers who are looking for cheap but worth it inn.

Good basic accommodation for an overnight stop and happy to have our dogs stay there too. A huge thank you to the lovely lady who prepared dinner for us even though their restaurant had closed for the night.

We went to Cagayan so the location is just right. The air con unit was too small for the room so we requested for an electric fan since we came at 4pm and its too hot. Staff are quite accomodating in our needs. The place is clean enough but toiletries provided were not enough for the room occupants. But if you plan to go further north like pagudpud and want to stay near Laoag and make trips the next day,the location is good. Hope they will improve the facility more.

Booked here because of positive comments but seems like all of them are from relatives/friends of inn owners and workers. We didnt recognize the area. Signage isnt visible plus all lights are off making the place dark and scary. At first we thought the place has shut down. We booked for 2 rooms, family and standard but upon arrival only the family room is available. We insisted to talk to the manager yet she never came. They figured out a way to accomodate us all by serving the room intended for the owners. Unfortunately AC Way too hot even if AC is turned on for almost 8hrs. We still have to use fan to cool ourselves. We requested for additional electric fan but is not working well. Room is not at all desirable and a lot of insects are in it. Bathroom isnt clean with insects all over the place. Toilet doesnt have flush and shower area is clogged. Very good Shorestop! You made our stay very irritable! Very Annoying! Travelers, don't even dare book your stay here.

this hotel is two towns away from laoag.. the address was misleading since i though this place is in the city proper of laoag.. on the first night we arrived at the hotel from pagudpod around 7pm and there was no open restos around the area, good thing we found this bbq place along the plaza, but it was no resto, it was street food.. but aside from the location, the hotel was quite okay, the staff were helpful and kind, the place is quiet at night..

i've booked at this hotel for the sole purpose of going to pagudpud as one commenter said it's very near from there. however, i was very disappointed to learn that i still need to travel for at least an hour and a half going to my destination. below are my observations during the 1-night stay. -wifi was very slow -TV remote was not provided -aircon didn't give that much cold -i was the only guest during my stay; the surrounding was too dark at night, no lighting at walkway -it's not located in the city proper as opposed to their claims. no store nearby where i could buy food or stuffs -town center is 7-10 mins away by tricycle, no available transpo from 6:30pm onwards -best only for group travellers with own vehicle i wasted my valuable money and precious time. not recommended.

we got 2rooms and both were a disaster.rooms need complete renovation, cant sleep due to crawling roached and bugs bcoz theres a hive already on the doorway.there is a 12"tv but nothing to watch NO CHANNEL even local.the rate they charge should be better than what they are now.
